I’m posting this as a new topic since a recent related post had been marked as solved.I was able to email to the email@example.com format until last week when it stopped working!To clarify, I was using a particular gmail account (Gmail1). When I send an email to the above address, and CC another email address from Gmail1, I do receive the email to the CC address, but not the mms message. I’m not sending these emails to more than two people max.However, testing from several other gmail accounts, a yahoo account and a Godaddy domain name, the mms messages are received. Does this mean that cricket is filtering emails from the Gmail1 account and marking them as spam? Is there a way to prevent this?
We've been on an unlimited plan for the past 8 months or so with 4 - 5 bars of 4G LTE, but 2 days ago we missed a bill date by one day so our plan was suspended until we payed yesterday morning, and now we have 1 bar and sometimes no service whatsoever. I called customer support and all they told me to do was to turn off data roaming and that they would update our phone services but the issue still persists. We're still on the same plan, help please
I have bought three different tablets. Two different Samsung's LTE a tab 7 and 8, plus a Chuwi LTE. All three of these tablets were unable to be added to my account. I tried the add a tablet for 15 dollars/month and the adding on a new phone line. The clerk told me that Android tablets cannot be added, only Apple. Is this true? I will not purchase an Apple product and I cannot imagine that Cricket will not allow Samsung tablet products cannot be added. Might someone from Cricket on these forums explain to me which Android tablets I can add to my account?
first of all I just have to say just to ask a question I have to activate because I don't have permission I have an account with cricket I shouldn't have to activate anything to have permission to ask a question so there's that secondly I want to know why it is that I have 5G service I pay for 5G service I have a 5G phone however I get no 5G service not a one and every time I send messages they don't send I have to resend multiple times what y'all got going on I never had this problem since I've been with you guys there's a lot of things I don't like the only thing that keeps me the only thing that keeps me is I'm paying $25 for $60 service and you guys are the only ones that offer Max so everybody else doesn't offer anything like I don't want Google one so I'm not going to Metro and you know I don't want rewards on Tuesdays with Metro straight talk offers nothing so and I left straight talk to come to you guys but I just have to say y'all service has begun to suck so I hope a cricket
had misplaced my phone going on 2 years now.... and I had my boyfriend go on our account and call it in lost/stolen and ever since then I've had nothing but problems trying to get it removed. I've talked in person, Ive called, I've chatted! and nobody can explain or tell me what is going on! I've had one say that it's not listed as lost/stolen. I've had them say they removed it and give it 24hours for changes and even when I show them that in the app it says my phone is reported lost or stolen they have no answers for me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO!?! I'm so fed up with this and ready to change carriers but I'd like to figure this out so this phone can be fully functional... I can still make calls and text and everything but the only thing I've noticed is that when I go to add more hotspot I can't...would like to use my phone to the fullest capability! thanks in advance :)
Went into my local Cricket store to purchase a IPHONE 11 as an upgrade. Sure enough the system was down. Its been down all day. Just trying to purchase a phone online but not able to and same issue the rep had. Come on cricket you can do better…….. Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Work doing deliveries in Scottsboro,Al. Terrible service in several areas, especially right in historic downtown where there is many business and a main area where service should be readily available. How do you get that area checked for service as it’s very hard to do your job when you can’t complete tasks on the apps because of poor/no service. Rural areas have better service than a populated area, why and how can this issue be resolved?
Recently I ordered a phone from cricket it the cricket website says the package has been shipped. However, the tracking number they gave me says "We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information" every time. What should i do?
Hello! A couple of days ago, I tried to switch my plan using the cricket app on the phone by choosing ‘Edit Plan’. Also, I chose the option to switch the plan ‘today’ (rather than waiting till the end of my billing cycle). However, when I check my account either via the website or the app, my old plans shows.How long does it take for Cricket to switch to the new plan I have chosen?
