I live in an area where my cell coverage is little to none in my house. I purchased 2 Moto e5 Supra phones and got wifi calling enabled on my account and setup e911. After trying to get it to work for 3 days and over 5 hours of calls with support it still didn't work. I brought the phones into a Cricket owned store and they tried for over 3 hours and finally got it to work. It magically started working on both phones. The thought was if you disable wifi calling shut the phone down then start it back up and then enable wifi calling. BUT that still isn't working now.There must be a software problem with this phone and it is REALLY frustrating. Cricket phone support is quite incompetent, they tried telling me to contact Motorolla but the manufacturer said this particular feature is a software feature installed by Cricket and not by the manufacturer. It is the typical hot potato pass the buck. Now I'm past the 7 day return window.
thank you so much cricket for not having 24 hour support. thank you so much for only having an address in california to address my concerns to. thank you so much cricket for after 6 years of service, failing me so greatly. thank you so much for my last month of service with you, although, i think you know i can find comparable service and probably even cheaper. you have no idea what problems this one night has caused for me. to show my bill as owing nothing, but still service is suspended. I have no ability to contact family. i have no ability to let anyone know she has passed. i have no ability to contact her family. i had to borrow a strangers phone, and as the number was unrecognized at 2am... no one answered. thanks again. i will enjoy our last 30 days together as i scope out new providers. thanksformer subscriber
I am paying for a certain amount of data each month. Why can't I use that data how i want to use it. Why must I have to have an unlimited plan to teather a device to my phone? It makes no sense. Other carriers i have had allowed me to teather my phone to other devices with no problem. I would like to make a suggestion that mobile hotspot should be a feature on all data plans.Please allow us to use our data how we see fit.Thank you.
I recently went into my account to change rate plans and was offered $20 a line for 5gb for my 2 lines (a total of $40) but my account total shows $70 due. Why would it show $20 a line if it isn’t offered. I would chatted with 2 very unhelpful people and would like to send an email with screenshots since i would like this offer honored otherwise it is false advertising. Does anyone know where to send it? Thanks
My husbands was waiting for his warranty phone as we waited for his shipment (memorial day weekend) he would put his sim card on my phone to use for that weekend, I was told hotspot would not work on stylo 3, but yet when my husband put his sim card on my stylo his hotspot worked perfectly with no issues, so I dont understand why I cant add hotspot what so ever, when will that feature be available for stylo 3? I live in a small town and internet providers are limited here, hotspot would be very convenient!
We moved and only get 0-1 bar inside home, outside 1-2 bars. Tower location known. Our signal is around -111db. We have an iPhone6, I am unsure what frequency range we will need on booster. What is a good budget repeater or booster?
I'm heading to UK and then to Cyprus soon and need to know if cricket offers text and wireless services at reasonable rates while there. What are the rates for texting and phone calls in the UK and in Cyprus and where would I find that information? Does cricket offer any text and wireless service plans for these countries that would allow me to use my US phone while there? If not, any suggestions on how to get text and wireless services using my cricket account while in these countries that don't costs loads of $$$$$$$$$$?
I can call out but nobody can call me. Inbound calls immediately get a message saying my voicemail has not been setup, and my phone never rings. I get no mobile data connection at all. I have used online support topics, verified my IMEI is compatible, spoken to a dozen phone support people at Cricket, reset Network Connections and verified correct APN settings, been to Sprint and called Sprint to verify my device was properly unlocked. Nobody can tell me why my Cricket service does not work. I paid for service I cannot use. This is beyond frustrating and I am very annoyed with the lack of solutions to what shouldnt even be an issue.
I just switched to Cricket. Got a free Alcatel Verso. I live where there is No Cell Service. I do have DSL and Wifi.I need to be able to text via wifi. I used to be able to do it on my Droid mini, with verizon. That phone broke, and they dont make them anymore. (I really liked it too)I dont want some "chat" "phone number". Any Ideas?Thanks
Welcome, do not try to make things right with customer service via live nor email. I never received rewards last year and now told via email because live agent did not understand me, that refer a friend does not exist and not to contact them about it. I am a liar I suppose. I got screwed out of $$ twice now, refer a friend incident is too long to type but beware. Is that a question?
I'm trying to set up the Visual Voicemail app on my Samsung Galaxy S7, and every time I press the "Call Voicemail," button, I keep getting an error that the voicemail phone number is missing from the SIM card. Is there a way I can add it to the SIM card?
How long are the advertised prices good for? In Terms it says you can raise prices anytime without notice. Is that really true? I'd be coming from Sprint with 4 lines to save over $50/month with Cricket. What good is that if you raise the rate on me 3months down the road.
