So I have a cricket account on which both me and my girlfriends phone is on the plan we use advanced messaging to text.So I noticed some strange things in her messages coming to me so I clicked on view details and it said reply to send her only and I click on that and it gave me a number of 62629.So when I tried to send a text message to that number it said I had to enter a valid 10-digit phone number.Also when I call her her calls are getting forwarded to her voicemail but it is a local 918 number where we live and I know that our voicemail numbers start with area code 317How can I find out who this other person is attached to this phone or is there another phone tied to her phone?
When we buy new phones we keep the old ones (that still work) and put a couple off to the side just recharging occasionally. My question is can we reactive one of our old cricket phones on another one of our lines if needed or does it need to be the same line? I would think since it's a cricket phone it can be any line but just wanted to check. And yes, I'm sure there would be an activation fee but still the best deal for five phones I've found. Thanks.
Good reps at cricket are hard to find. Here is my 2 day experience (Wasted time about 6 hours total, 4-6 terrible service people, and 2 GREAT service people. 1. Website features are terrible, so self service is virtually impossible (you need a new program team, as others are complaining as well). 2. I call cricket customer care, and get put on hold for 20 minutes, I get a person with a strong accent, making it impossible to communicate. She transfers me and the call drops. 3. After two more failed attempts , I get a service rep that tells me I have to go to the store where I purchased the phone to get help. 4. I drive all the way down to the store, and the store rep tells me he can not help I have to go back home and call cricket . 5. I call cricket customer care .. I again get connected. Woman named Alexandria answer the phone and claims she can not hear me?? I try and speak for 5 minutes.. and she then says - I am hanging up the phone due to inability t
It seems like cricket come up with new charges every month. I pay $60 a month for unlimited data. I pay my bill now i see some faulty note on the data plan that says unlimited deluxe data or some bull is $72. Its starting to look like cricket is getting greedy. Now my data runs slow. Really slow. But its supposed to be unlimited data. A rip off

The list of issues I have with Cricket keep growing by the day. Cricket tells me that my BYOD phone is not compatible with the hotspot feature, yet every month since April 2020 I have used hotspot. I called on 10/08/2020 to add an extra 15GB hotspot to my line. The representative allowed me to pay $10.00 and then told me my phone isn't compatible, and the $10.00 would be a credit on my account. I then had to place a complaint with the BBB and after a month someone from corporate refunded the $10.00, however, in doing so they caused my account to be suspended. I used the $10.00 and only paid $100.00 toward my bill that was due on 10/22/2020. On 10/28/2020 Cricket stated they refunded the $10.00 to my account which my bank account only shows a reversal of $0.00. My phone lines were disconnected without notice during a hurricane. I was left with no service for hours until I called the automated phone line and activated bridge pay. I did not have to make any payment to activate bridge pay.
This is my Positive Review for Katie B at 3686 Airport Blvd, Mobile 36608 I've been dealing with Ms. Katie since the middle of Covin 'crisis' when my original cricket store closed, the one nearest to me. I found Katie B's store and walked in with an attitude. She managed to calm me down and ever since, I've had a very copacetic relationship with her. She has been SO EASY to work with. VERY pleasant, VERY professional, and VERY kind! As much as I hate to pay bills, she's managed to help me every time and I think one day, she'll be selling me a smart phone and help me to use it! **One time, I left my phone there and It was there the next day I picked it up.. Hello. Since Hbo changed their streaming service to just MAX, their new app is total crap, it’s insanely time consuming and difficult to browse for something to watch, consequently I never watch that channel anymore. It’s also impossible to contact them about it, they are not interested in user feedback. They have made their streaming app useless. I am requesting that you partner with someone else.Thanks.
Our local store just relocated to a strip mall that is not visible/in an area I would not have sent my mother alone to open her Cricket account. I also went during store hours and the lights were off and lock on the door. I am already a customer so brought my mom over online, but where can I give Cricket feedback about this new store?
Back before 5G, the lte service was so fast in most places, and okay in others. Nowadays lte service is horrible, so slow to tune of 1-4mbps downloading. Upload is like 1mbps. I know, reset network settings. Be close to towers. Use fast phone. Have plan with high speed rating, which I have. Nothing solves issue. Seems I’m not alone as I browse this forum. How many others experiencing this same issue? I’m in the Philadelphia suburbs and sometimes had speed of 70mbps downloading before 5G came around. This seems like I’m paying for no -throttling and yet am throttled at less than the throttled speed. Been this way for months now. Considering switching to another carrier to get faster speeds and a new 5G phone, which seems to be the end game AT&T and Cricket seems to want.
Why haven’t I had any service in my area and surrounding areas. My family and friends who also have cricket and at&t have been deal with no service since Friday. We live wilder and other surrounding areas and having no service. Can you guys please fix whatever is going on with that cell towers please
