Hi, this is more a suggestion than a question, but I don't know where to post it, so I guessed here would be fine.Long time ago I was with T-Mobile and besides their problem with coverage and high priced plans, they had one very cool feature: all the streamed music won't count in your data transfers, so you could use whatever service you liked (Google Play, iTunes, Spotify, Pandora...) with no decrease in your available data, very convenient if you use this kind is music services.Are you guys planning our have you ever thought to offer a similar feature? It will be perfect!Besides that, cricket is the best wireless company in the US!Thanks!
Blizzard SMS confirmation
This has to be one of the most annoying things I’ve had to deal with coming from a video game that was supposed to be free, but I’m also disappointed in Cricket like they’ve had this issue for 2 years but does nothing to try and contact blizzard and maybe come to a compromise to allow Cricket phone lines. What do we think guys? Is Blizzard just gonna say screw new players or will they try and fix it again? Why can’t cricket stick up for us and try and fight this? I’m literally going to have to change phone providers just to play maybe 2 video games I like.
UPSA tracking number not working
Recently I ordered a phone from cricket it the cricket website says the package has been shipped. However, the tracking number they gave me says "We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please check your information" every time. What should i do?

why does Cricket LIE about 5G Service?
Based on my current experience, and the information I read in the community forum, Cricket LIED to all their customers.We are told by Cricket that we can "bring our own device" that is vetted by Cricket to be 5g compatible. Yet as soon as we switch to Cricket and activate our 5g phone...we find out that our 5g compatible phone IS NOT 5G COMPATIBLE with Cricket. We are then told that only Cricket phones can get 5g service.Guess what? This is considered FALSE ADVERTISING, and has been illegal for years. So how does Cricket, as well as all other wireless companies get away with illegal practices?
hbo max & ACP credit
I keeping getting an error when trying to sign in to HBO. It says I'm not eligible or something along those lines but I have the $60 plan and cricket has sent me messages telling me I'm eligible. So I went and read the fine print and it said "may not be stackable with other offers/credits"I have the $30 ACP credit, does that disqualify me from being able to use HBO?
Work doing deliveries in Scottsboro,Al. Terrible service in several areas, especially right in historic downtown where there is many business and a main area where service should be readily available. How do you get that area checked for service as it’s very hard to do your job when you can’t complete tasks on the apps because of poor/no service. Rural areas have better service than a populated area, why and how can this issue be resolved?
Went into my local Cricket store to purchase a IPHONE 11 as an upgrade. Sure enough the system was down. Its been down all day. Just trying to purchase a phone online but not able to and same issue the rep had. Come on cricket you can do better…….. Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. how to remove phone when reported lost/stolen
had misplaced my phone going on 2 years now.... and I had my boyfriend go on our account and call it in lost/stolen and ever since then I've had nothing but problems trying to get it removed. I've talked in person, Ive called, I've chatted! and nobody can explain or tell me what is going on! I've had one say that it's not listed as lost/stolen. I've had them say they removed it and give it 24hours for changes and even when I show them that in the app it says my phone is reported lost or stolen they have no answers for me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO!?! I'm so fed up with this and ready to change carriers but I'd like to figure this out so this phone can be fully functional... I can still make calls and text and everything but the only thing I've noticed is that when I go to add more hotspot I can't...would like to use my phone to the fullest capability! thanks in advance :)
Service Quality and Signal are Worse Daily
Hello, I’m part of a family plan that has had Cricket for 7 years now. The signal for calls, texts and internet has always been a little spotty but it was workable until a few months ago. Recently, every day the signal has been worse and worse, with internet pretty much ceasing during daylight hours and phone calls being dropped from previously reliable locations. I use this phone for to call people for my work and I’ve had to set up a chair far into my yard to get a signal because the phone no longer calls from inside my house. My mom had to drive ten miles away this morning before her internet came back. So, we called Cricket and we’re told our phone plan was old and not really being maintained anymore which might account for the poor signal issue that has developed. I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, considering we were never notified that this might occur, but okay, I understand. It is an old plan. So we signed up for an updated plan at 25% more cost. Why is my service getting worse every week
When I moved to this location over a year ago my service was the best. Now over past few months it keep getting worse. I cant even get on my cricket app. My hot spot I pay for is gone. I mean, do I need to go to anouther service? We have no landline out here, not wifi. I DEPEND on my phone.
I have been with Cricket since 2017 I am so glad I bought the protection plan I had to send my LG in so many times for glitches and malfunctioning the last time I had to send my phone in I was told it was the last time I could use the protection plan. I have had this phone for over a year I went to upgrade but could not afford the phone upgrade not the 25.00 free and any other hidden fee also buy a tempered glass screen protector and case. The phones I could afford were junk. I don't want an I phone or Samsung not an another LG. The Motarola I want 139.00 up grade price then the extra fees. When a new coustomers can get the phone for almost nothing I have 3 lines and pay over 100.00 a month. All this refer a friend stuff is not a good way of being told u could save 250 a year with refer a friend and automatic payments I do have automatic payments and people I know are happy with the servace they have.
