Data not working after bringing my phone to cricket

I just brought my number to Cricket, but my data isn't working. I tried to make calls but it doesn't work. I can't receive calls either. Text messages are able to send but that's it.

Warranty Sucks

This is the biggest bunch of crap I  ever dealt with was with this warranty claim crap 🙄 on Aug 18 we made the claim my husband's phone quit working won't turn on so on the 19th the phone was shipped off and was told 2 business days we would get a new one lmao ummm it's the 6th of Sept and no phone. I called and get the run around from 3 diff places and no one seems to be able to help they just keep passing the buck and get told contact UPS that cricket don't have the phone but they will be glad to take a deposit to get a new one when I tell them we pay a fee in case this happens all you hear is well we can't help you. This is false info when your telling customers youllhave a replacement phone in 2 business days and cricket is a liar so as soon as this month is over we are switching to a diff company an American company with English speaking people you can understand. Cricket don't have a problem taking your money but damn sure don't wanna help you when things go wrong. Oh so I did m

constant updates

I am so sick of getting system updates!! Every time it happens, I lose information on my phone, all of my settings go haywire,and I wind up with apps and games that I didn't install. Plus the after the last one, my bank account was hacked as soon as the phone rebooted. If I wanted to update my Android version, I would purchase a different phone. The beginning of the week was Android S, and now less than a week later, Android 13 ?!?! I have turned off the auto update, but I can't get rid of the notification. On my last phone, I had auto update turned off, but it didn't work. Is there a way to make Cricket stop trying to force these updates?? I have to use this phone for business too, and it is a lot of trouble when I lose information.

Throttling on Unlimited

I've had Cricket for about 2 months, so the "some older and throttle after 22" shouldn't even be mentioned. I'm on the $60 unlimited, with free Max+ads, yet I'm being throttled. I even have a notification when I login, saying that I may be throttled after 22, yet my plan literally says "premium data that won't slow based on your data usage" I've SS both of these and you need to fix it, because as of right now, you're false advertising.

problem with $35 credit

I've been trying to get the MyCricket app to show I have a $35 credit coming to me for RAF month but it still shows I'm getting $25 and I can still only refer 10 friends, even when I open a MCA account IN August. What's going on?

I have the 10GB/month plan. Was trying to read the section about international phone use but it was a little confusing. I will be on vacation in Mexico next month. Will I be able to make calls or send texts? Or would I need to upgrade to the Unlimited $55/month plan?

Wifi calling address verification

I toggle wifi calling on, accept the terms, enter my address, and hit verify. The verify button spins, and then absolutely nothing happens. After that, I can’t edit the address, I can’t hit Verify again, I can only cancel and start all over. I’ve confirmed the address matches USPS exactly, and have no idea what is wrong, or why I’m getting stuck on the verify screen. Any ideas?

Data does not work after plan switch

Hello. Recently I switched back from the $60 plan to the $40 plan. The $40 plan is the same one I had as of a month or so ago. But now, data no longer works. And that includes text messaging. :( And this is a problem both in the US and Canada. If someone from Cricket could please help.

Cannot edit plan on my account online or via app

I am unable to edit my plan features for my two lines via Plans and Services online or via the app. I have updated the app.  When you select Edit Plans or Edit Services I get a return prompting you to use the app both online and in the app say to select “Exciting news! The best way to manage your account is via the myCricket app. Don't have the app? Learn more or visit your app store to download it today.” Do I have to go to my local store?Why can’t I do this myself online or via the app?

No Service

I have 4 lines on my account, & all of them have been without service for 24 hours.  I tried to chat with support and was told that the reason for no service is a damaged tower, but my neighbor has Cricket & she has service.  Is anyone else having the same issue? I got the feeling the agent I chatted with didn't know what the hell they were talking about.

Help setting up voicemail

I have an Iphone 2nd generation SE. It don't give me the option to set up my voicemail tapping the icon. When I hold down 1 in the phone app it saying sorry the person you've reached has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. And when I go into setting and it gives me the option to change my voicemail password I do it and when I confirm and hit done it says voicemail not working and it does this every time.  I've tried everything multiple times please help!!

oh my God cricket what y'all got going on

first of all I just have to say just to ask a question I have to activate because I don't have permission I have an account with cricket I shouldn't have to activate anything to have permission to ask a question so there's that secondly I want to know why it is that I have 5G service I pay for 5G service I have a 5G phone however I get no 5G service not a one and every time I send messages they don't send I have to resend multiple times what y'all got going on I never had this problem since I've been with you guys there's a lot of things I don't like the only thing that keeps me the only thing that keeps me is I'm paying $25 for $60 service and you guys are the only ones that offer Max so everybody else doesn't offer anything like I don't want Google one so I'm not going to Metro and you know I don't want rewards on Tuesdays with Metro straight talk offers nothing so and I left straight talk to come to you guys but I just have to say y'all service has begun to suck so I hope a cricket

paid for service had no service all month

So my mom paid my service bill last month and cricket didn’t give me any service but they still took her money. I can’t make calls or send any texts unless I’m using iPhone to iPhone and I have to be on wifi to send iPhone to iPhone texts or watch anything on youtube. Basically I’ve had no service and no data even though cricket took my mom’s money. :(

Are emails to mms messages being flagged as spam by Cricket?

I’m posting this as a new topic since a recent related post had been marked as solved.I was able to email to the 1234567890@mms.cricketwireless.net format until last week when it stopped working!To clarify, I was using a particular gmail account (Gmail1).  When I send an email to the above address, and CC another email address from Gmail1, I do receive the email to the CC address, but not the mms message. I’m not sending these emails to more than two people max.However, testing from several other gmail accounts, a yahoo account and a Godaddy domain name, the mms messages are received.  Does this mean that cricket is filtering emails from the Gmail1 account and marking them as spam?  Is there a way to prevent this?

I sometimes send emails to my phone, using this address[10_DIGITS_PH_NUMBER]@txt.att.net Sometimes I would get the messages to my phone very late, and in the last few days nothing arrives. Anyone knows what going on with this and how to get the emails to text right? Thanks!!

How long for plan-change made on app to take effect?

Hello! A couple of days ago, I tried to switch my plan using the cricket app on the phone by choosing ‘Edit Plan’. Also, I chose the option to switch the plan ‘today’ (rather than waiting till the end of my billing cycle). However, when I check my account either via the website or the app, my old plans shows.How long does it take for Cricket to switch to the new plan I have chosen?
