$20 rate plan

I recently went into my account to change rate plans and was offered $20 a line for 5gb for my 2 lines (a total of $40) but my account total shows $70 due. Why would it show $20 a line if it isn’t offered. I would chatted with 2 very unhelpful people and would like to send an email with screenshots since i would like this offer honored otherwise it is false advertising. Does anyone know where to send it? Thanks

Hello, we do not know why the system would say anything about that but 2 lines on the 5GB plan is a total of $70.
