cannot change plans and features

I recently ordered a new phone from the website but since putting my old Sim card in the new phone, the website won't let me change my phone plan. literally the button is grey, it doesn't work. I think I have less data a month now but it's the same price. it went from 5 gigs to 2 gigs. I've tried contacting support but their menu kinda sucks. whats the deal?

I got my phone months ago but I went on the app and it said order pending? why
