Changing my plan

So I’m upgrading/changing my plan tonight.
Why does it ask for a debit/credit card?
Will they charge my card or will it go on the next billing cycle?

Hello, if you select to change it next bill cycle it will not require a payment.  If you leave it as changing immediately it will charge the difference which requires immediate payment.
