Coronavirus affecting my bill payment

I am a single mother who lost not one, but two jobs three weeks ago. My phone bill is getting ready to roll around and for the first time I'm not going to be able to pay it. Not only do I use my phone in distress and watch a movie after I put my child to bed. I use it for her to learn on she is 3 years old is my phone going to be turned off?

Yeah, this deadly virus has played havoc with the entire world. Lots of folks struggling to pay all their bills not just their phone bills. But considering how important our phones are today, our phone bills are just as important as many others are.

Try reaching out to Cricket, maybe there are other means in which they could help, as was mentioned by the previous poster.
