cricket agent enrolled me in the wrong plan

Today I first time joined cricket for a family plan. We clearly stated we wanted the $55/mo level plan and 5 lines. Agent said all was done correctly but when I got home and set up my online account I noticed I’m enrolled in the $60/mo plan and my next bill is substantially more than anticipated. I tried calling customer service but get nowhere. Help! This is not a good feeling on day one with a new company.
