Hello! A couple of days ago, I tried to switch my plan using the cricket app on the phone by choosing ‘Edit Plan’. Also, I chose the option to switch the plan ‘today’ (rather than waiting till the end of my billing cycle). However, when I check my account either via the website or the app, my old plans shows.
How long does it take for Cricket to switch to the new plan I have chosen?
