I am wondering why my bill plan has went up from 55 dollars a month with direct bank account bill to 68 dollars starting on my April bill?

If you have access to my cricketApp with your username and password I would suggest you to confirm if the plan you have is the one you requested or if there is no additional features added to your plan. If you don't have access contact customer service and authenticate your account with phone number and pin.
