Plan Change

I am trying to change my plan from the 2g plan to the 5g plan but my app and the website keeps telling me that my account isn't eligible for a plan change....what is going on? How do I fix this?

We recommend deleting the app then reinstalling the app in hopes of that resolving your issue with changing the rate plan. If that fails, we are more than happy to change the plan for you.
