Hello, @Oscar and welcome to our Cricket Community Forum! Thank you for your post. At this time, we are currently offering 5G only to our Cricket devices. The only Cricket device that we offer currently that has 5G capabilities is our Samsung Galaxy S20+. You can get more details on this device by following the link provided:

I have not received 4.1.1 one update for s20 ultra. I am told cricket is delaying this. Am I the only one.

I have a iPhone 13 Promax that I bought directly from Apple and put on the cricket network. I have an unlimited plan but I never have 5g even when it’s available.
what do I need to do?

Hi, @Pattimarie! Actual coverage may vary and be affected by terrain, weather, foliage, buildings, signal strength, high-usage periods, customer equipment and other factors. I suggest checking Cricket’s coverage map (5G & 4G LTE Network Coverage Map | Cricket Wireless) since 5G is not available everywhere. Alternatively, you can send a private message to @CricketSupport with your account’s name, wireless number and your full address so we can take a closer look at the coverage in your area.
