Android 10 for Samsung A10E?

I know that a A10E can receive the Android 10 software update however when I go to update the software it says it is up to date. How do I get the update or can I not get it?

I’ve seen this issue! Samsung sometimes puts new updates out in spurts. Visit their site for news on latest software versions for your specific device.
