anyone is else having issues paying on the web on CVS' site for remedies?

I simply attempted to take care of tabs at CVS in AZ (Peoria) and the online compensation wouldn't experience - created a blunder message for the clerk of "Delicate not legitimate." The staff had been seeing it throughout the day, and they let me know "simply call support - they'll drop it and send it back through as a card cover tab." So I called - and they as far as anyone knows despise the installment (I got a notice,) however when I shut the application and opened it again as trained. 

They appear to be feeling the loss of that used to be there before.
