According to Crickets service coverage map I should be getting coverage in my area  this isn't the case,I can't make any calls, when I do,they drop, can't send texts, the previous service provider was great,I came to Cricket around 2 months ago to save a few dollars, and even though I bought and paid for 2 phones at cricket which will be useless with any other carrier if I leave before 6 months, still,I am going to be returning back to AT&T if this issue isn't resolved, having service would mean the difference between life and death, especially right now with the future forecast and current temperature at 0° degrees and withheld factor at -25° below 0° degrees here in eastern Ky.I hope to stay with Cricket, but if this issue isnt resolved soon,I will be returning to AT&T at the end of the next billing cycle

What Causes Dropped Calls? The main reason for dropped calls is due to weak cell phone signal. Weak signal can be caused by external factors like cell tower distance, mother nature, and building material (will be discussed later in this article). Dropped calls can also be linked to your phone's cellular network
