Hi, I am having trouble activating new phone on the cricket activation website. I receive an "Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later." message.

I too became frustrated w/ my inabilities too comply with said Cricket Wireless SMS Card on Web and App to comply w/ said Registry of a NEW Samsung Galaxy A14...NO CAN DO!  Since, this was a replacement phone for my stolen A13 of an existing Cricket Wireless Account of approximately 1 Year of continuous PAID Services was UNABLE too that Assignment but was made to wait another day during business hours for my Phone Connection which expelled over an Hour of my TIME w/ NO COMP!  NOW, I learned my PURCHASE of my NEW Cricket Prepaid Samsung Galaxy A14 5g is claimed to be CAPTURED and therefore UNLOCKABLE!  WHAT!  I PAID OUTRIGHT to achieve INDEPENDENCE after Purchasing numerous phones to include Samsung Galaxy A32, A13, and now I  purchased this A14 from Walmart February 2023.  And, adding w/ Android 13 Operating System and Octa-Core Processor why do I only gain 2 to 3 Bars and too with Wi-Fi?  Maybe, I'm missing something about my $60.00 per month Services w/ HBO+ Max as an Enhancer and I'm compensating for SAID Adversements of 5g Low Range Data Services.  IS AT&T a part of Cricket Wireless, because I'd left AT&T years ago utilizing Pocket Wireless for some 8 years after learning AT&T were NOT giving me proper Data Wireless service.  Then Cricket acquired  Pocket Wireless w/o warning and now it's  Cricket Wireless w/ AT&T somewhere's doing their "Low Down" again in my limited Customer experiences.  My Point is who will grant me the "TRUTH" about the drag of what seems like DIAL-UP when AT&T is said to own ALL if ANY Optics.  So, CHIME in folks to enlighten this new wave and idea of what's out there and is Cricket Wireless a part of AT&T, Cricket Community?  Do I TRASH my phone investment and Contact Samsung for such critical thought?  Or, Is there something that lurking in the DARK w/ Cricket et. al which should be challenged outside Cricket et. al (AT&T) with Consumer Protection Agency, FCC, Attorney General, etc. because I'm paying for a 5g Data Plan for a 5g Wireless Samsung Galaxy A14 Phone and therefore "Speed" is of essence which must be reliable at ALL times except for Acts Of God!  Thank you for allowing my frustrated soul to inquire as well humbly educate ourselves about 5g Data Plan UNLIMITED w/ Cricket Wireless in Partnership with AT&T.  Help!

I am trying to active eSim on my iPhone 11 Pro Max using the steps given on the Lucky Mobile website, but it gives an error that the code is no longer valid. I tried chatting with Lucky Mobile support and the agent connected me with Bell Customer Support who sent me a mail on generating QR code. Unfortunately for that I need a Bell Mobility account and I cannot use the LuckyMobile number to activate. there. Does anyone know how to activate eSim for the lucky mobile number?
