My S10+ that they said was good to go after the 3G shut down is good for nothing now. So I go into the store and they tell me get a s20 or newer (even though my daughters s9 still works) I buy a s20 with a model # cricket’s website says is compatible and guess what, it does the same dang thing. They want to blame everyone else but this new phone made the first call I tried as a test. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from cricket that the phone is not compatible and calls stopped. Somewhere they have a problem with these phones getting listed and blocked and they need to figure it out. This is unacceptable.

I have almost the same problem. My wife has a note 10 working and my note 9 not working. The worst when you call, they make you do a lot of nonsense things. We need to give them a lesson, just switch to another company if they do not want to give us free phone, Because the lady in the chart told me “I have to buy another sim card to try the phone if it’s still not working buy another phone.
