I have Android 7.0 on my Galaxy Halo. I have contacted Cricket via Twitter and hace confirmed that the Cricket branded Galaxy J7 Halo (the exact one I have) has already had its 7.1, 7.2, 8.0, and 8.1 updates and I have not received any of them. I did go into settings to see if an update is available and it always says it is up to date. My J7 is from 2018. Model SM-J727AZ
My firmware version: J727AZTUS3ARD1
So my question is, where can I find the update package so I can install it manually?

Yes me too.  We have 5 of these phones and they are all on v7.0 android.  On one of the phones I went to Settings and did the software update and it says it has the latest version.  However according to your website https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/phone-troubleshooting.html?support#/device/samsung/galaxy-halo/topic/software/software-updates/1, it shows that an OTA update was released.

Since our phones still have v7 and never got the J727AZTUS1AQJ1 upgrade, how do we get the J727AZTUS1AQJ1 upgrade so our phones will recognize that there's another upgrade to install?
