Hi

Just recently my fairly new S10 has been showing the above message at least once a day, even if I haven't been playing a game. I've had a couple of casual games on my phone since I've had it but this is a recent notification, any idea of how to fix it? I can't delete the optimizer unfortunately.

Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

It sounds like you're receiving a notification on your Samsung S10 related to the optimizer, even when you are not playing games. This could be due to a variety of reasons, but one possible explanation is that there may be a background process or app that's using a lot of resources and triggering the optimizer to kick in.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try clearing the cache and data of the optimizer app in your phone's settings. You can also try restarting your phone to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, you can check the battery usage in your phone's settings to see if there are any apps or processes that are consuming a lot of battery and causing the optimizer to activate.

If the issue persists, you may want to consider reaching out to Samsung support or visiting a service center to have them diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

I hope this

If you're experiencing the mentioned message on your Samsung S10, it is likely related to the device's optimization feature. To resolve the issue, you can try a few troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear the cache of the optimization app: Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps (or All apps) > Device Care > Storage > Clear cache.

  2. Disable battery optimization for the affected app: Go to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Battery > Optimize battery usage > Turn off optimization for the specific app.

  3. Update the device software: Check for any available software updates for your Samsung S10 and install them if available. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

If the issue persists, you may consider reaching out to Samsung support or visiting a service center for further assistance

If you're receiving a notification on your Samsung Galaxy S10 related to game optimization, but you haven't been actively playing games, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear cache: Start by clearing the cache for the game optimizer app. Go to Settings > Apps > Game Optimizer (or the relevant app name) > Storage > Clear cache. This can help resolve any temporary data or settings conflicts.

  2. Disable game optimization: If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, you can try disabling the game optimization feature altogether. Go to Settings > Advanced features > Game Launcher > Turn off the toggle switch. This will disable the game optimization notifications and related features.

  3. Check for app updates: Make sure that your device's software and all relevant apps, including the game optimizer app, are up to date. Visit the Google Play Store, go to the "My apps & games" section, and check for any available updates. Keeping your apps updated can often help resolve compatibility issues.

  4. Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart can clear any temporary glitches or conflicts. Try restarting your Samsung Galaxy S10 to see if it resolves the issue with the game optimizer notification.

  5. Factory reset (last resort): If the issue persists and you've tried all the above steps, you may consider performing a factory reset as a last resort. Note that a factory reset will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up your important files and information before proceeding. You can perform a factory reset by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.

If none of these steps help resolve the issue with the game optimizer notification, you may want to reach out to Samsung support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance. They can provide specialized troubleshooting and help diagnose any underlying software or hardware issues with your device.
