I have been having all kinds of issues lately with the network on all of the phones on my account. I can't make phone calls, text, or use mobile data. Phone only will work with WiFi. I've called customer several times and still no resolution to the problem. It is happening on multiple lines on my account. Customer service has been NO HELP the several times I have called them about this issue. It has grown VERY FRUSTRATING that I am seriously thinking about switching to someone else. I use to never have any problems with Cricket. I need answers!!!!!
