This phone was bought from a cricket store years ago, and service was sued for approx two years. The number was transferred out so I can't log into the account and any agent I talk to on phone or chat claims they can't tell where the device was activated at. I'm tired of calling and waiting on on hold. Should I just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC?
If you go to the BBB they will tell you the same thing. If you dont have an account and dont have a pin, the only way to get it unlocked if through a rep. Folks on the forum have all had a long wait to get in because they are jam packed with calls, Hit them over Facebook and twitter and you can likely get a faster response.
