I just got a phone from cricket a few weeks ago and the charging port is already broken.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 20 FE a few weeks ago and the charging port isn’t making a connection to charge/transfer data. I have tried numerous cords, so it is definitely the phone itself. I’ve taken good care of the phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Will cricket let me exchange it for a working phone? Thanks.
