Hi everybody,Today after opening the truecaller premium app to make a new call, I got an update notification and as usual I updated it. then I got an unknown number of blocked calls. Has anyone encountered such an error, this is an error from a new application update or the blocking feature needs to be reinstalled.
Why can't be approved to pay for the hotspot when my phone is working great as a hotspot? I own a new from Samsung s9+ phone. If the rules states you should use an eligible phone to work for the hotspot. Why my phone is not allowed to use the hot spot? I just want to pay the fees so I ca use my tablet, since my vision is not that good. I was told to stop using the hot spot or they will suspend my line. I went to their office and I paid for one other pho e that was on their list of eligible to use the hot spot. I have 4 lines. I tried to use that lines hot spot but it did not work. So why can't I just pay for my phone that fee so I can continue to use my hot spot? My husband is ready to drop the service and go to other carriers.
Okay I've hated a lot of Samsung's first party apps for a while and eveytime I visit the Galaxy Store I'm just reminding of why I stick to Google or other third party apps. But after I noticed that Chrome was just laggy and started hating the lack of immediate controls while browsing, I decided to give Samsung Internet a try and boy was it awesome. They do their best to help you import your bookmarks and, as someone with A LOT who uses them very often, this is much appreciated (also the fact that it will automatically update when I add new bookmarks is just phenomenal). The customization along the bottom buttons is amazing and literally every feature/setting I could need is at my fingertips. The dark mode is nice and I'm glad there is a quick way to toggle it on/off rather than forcing you to use whatever your system setting is (looking at you google app). But the truly best thing about this browser is just how much faster it is than Chrome. Like, it doesn't lag at all and web pages lo
My phone recently underwent an update & since then when trying to open an email no content downloads. I've tried going into settings and made sure everything is turned on that should be and I've checked my internet connection. I've also tried removing and re-adding my email account & this doesn't seem to work, even after re-starting my phone. Additionally, I'm not able to send emails; they come back as deliverable.
I just spoke with customer service representative who said they absolutely will not give the new Samsung for 349.00 to current customers..only New customers..thats ridiculous.! I'm done cricket.. I've been with your company for 10 years or more..Im disgusted you would give someone who may or may not stay with you a discount but loyal customers you wont..hi T-Mobile, hi any other company..ill pay 800.00 for new Samsung now but not w You!..im done with this company! this customer is right...always! Cricket, do you want our phones to get hacked!!?? It is September and you haven't published an update for the Samsung S9 (Pie) since June! However Samsung has published many critical and high vulnerabilities for the Samsung S9 each month since June release. This is negligence and could justify class action status. Love to see how moderators try to spin this one as I'm using your own site as proof of released software dates. I have tried to communicate with Cricket Customer Service for the last 2 weeks about a dozen times. I wanted to upgrade from an LG with a new Samsung phone and purchased a phone that was available only online. I waited 10 days and received nothing in the mail. I never got a refund either. I did get a credit for the upgrade fee but not the fee for the phone or the taxes. When I called 1-800-274-2538 to find out what happened, I had several agents hang up and others who were plain rude. One agent mentioned that the phone was shipped to the wrong address and then the order was canceled. I never got a notification. I was told that I should go to a Cricket store but the deal was only available online so that made no sense. Then I was given no choice but to reorder and repay it again and I did. The rates for Cricket are very competitive otherwise, I would have switched. Even after the second order, the communication provided is just lacking or awful.
Hello All, just a quick question has anyone in the UK had there free Galaxy Buds Live shipped yet for getting the new Galaxy S21 from certain retailers. I claimed mine 3 weeks ago had the claim email straight away saying I had been validated but have heard nothing since. I know it says allow 45 days but uts been 3 weeks surely they should of been sent by now?? Thanks In Advance
I'm posting this hoping to help someone like me in the future. I ordered a phone on Thursday, on Friday I was emailed that my order was delayed. On Monday it was cancelled completely. I was told to order again, so I did it is now Tuesday and my order has been delayed again. They say it's my bank not releasing the funds, but my bank said the funds were released yesterday. So, now it's a waiting game. So I will update when I receive another email. Who knows if I will ever actually receive the phone or not. I know if it is cancelled again, I won't order again and they will have just lost out on a new customer. Beware ordering online! 🤦🤦
I'm a member of the army and i read that we can get our phones unlocked due to us traveling a lot. I emailed and havent heard anything back in a week. And when I called I was told they cant help me. How do I resolve this issue before word of mouth spreads to my guys and they decide to go with other carriers and it affects crickets bottom line.
