I work at a Storage facility and bought this phone, cricket carrier, to use with my ATT sim card. I did the hard factory reset, but when I want to set up my new account, it says that I have to use the gmail account associated with the phone and need a 4 digit pin. I called customer service and she said that i need the pin to VERIFY the account. The original owner of phone went to Austrailia and was unable to travel back because of covid. She decided to do a "release of interest' form so she would not incur any more monthly charges on the unit since she was not going to be returning. That is why I bought the phone. I have reached out to her and she does not remember the pin. I have copy of the release form on the storage unit and a copy of the lease agreement. I JUST NEED THE CODE TO FULLY UNLOCK/RESET/RESTORE THE PHONE. Can some one please help?? Magpie
I am unable to access mobile data on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The airplane mode icon is light blue (not fully blue, not fully greyed out, but somewhere in between) and mobile data does not work.I have tried uninstalling 3rd party apps, doing factory reset, resetting network preference, updating software, configuring APN settings according to Cricket documentation, and every other solution I could find online, Nothing seems to work. The data had been working fine until about 3 weeks ago.Help....anyone at Cricket?
My main phone (J7 Pro) has a broken display (leaking amole), i cant find replacement displays so I'm looking for a new phone. I only want Samsung to be fair, needs to have Amole and fingerprint unlock. My budget is max 250 euros, i don't use my phone that much so i don't need super good CPUs or whatever. Edit: I live in Belgium https://192168o1.com.br/https://19216801login.com.br/https://logintplink.com.br/
I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy A11 phone yesterday from a Cricket store. I cannot get Wifi calling to work. When I try to turn it on from the top control panel or from the settings page, there is a message at the bottom that says "Loading, this may take a few moments..." and a circle that spins away. Also, the banner where the time, Cricket, and the Wifi and battery indicator are shown turns from black to grey at the top. It's as if there is an app running, but there is no content shown on the screen in the middle, just the bottom message, and the top grey banner.I would like to add that my two previous phones from Cricket both had Wifi calling and they worked fine with my router. One was an LG phone and the other was a Motorola that I bought just a few months ago but dropped (AGH!!!). I'm not sure what to do at this point, as there is no support page for this device on the Cricket website yet. Thank you all for your time.
Gracias!
So I got the mobile hotspot plan and used it minutes after getting it. About a month later it stopped working. I read other posts and the responses stated the phones weren't eligible. However, this is completely false for me due to the fact that the hotspot was working for a month. So why did cricket disable the mobile hotspot after the first month of successful use?
I signed up for Cricket last week & brought my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with me. My phone works great everywhere except for inside my house. I can't call or receive calls, but can text & get on internet. I bought my son's phone at Cricket & it works great in my house? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this so I don't have to buy a new phone?
I simply attempted to take care of tabs at CVS in AZ (Peoria) and the online compensation wouldn't experience - created a blunder message for the clerk of "Delicate not legitimate." The staff had been seeing it throughout the day, and they let me know "simply call support - they'll drop it and send it back through as a card cover tab." So I called - and they as far as anyone knows despise the installment (I got a notice,) however when I shut the application and opened it again as trained. They appear to be feeling the loss of that used to be there before.
I purchased an unlocked Samsung Note 9 in December 2019. I used my Cricket sim card and continued service with them. However, their coverage strength diminished at my office to the point that I could not call, text, receive texts or voicemails at my work place. I tried to switch over to Verizon, only to find that Cricket locked my UNLOCKED phone. They said their policy, like other cell providers, requires 6 months paid service before unlocking the phone. WHAT?! WHAT RIGHT DID THEY HAVE TO LOCK AN UNLOCKED PHONE I BROUGHT TO A MONTH TO MONTH PLAN? They would not budge. That was in January, one month into use of the new phone. Now it's July. Their sixth month period of required paid service has passed. THEY STILL WILL NOT UNLOCK THE PHONE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THIS? I will scream from the rooftops for people not to use Cricket.&n
I'm moving to central Alaska in the winter and its not uncommon for temperatures to reach -60°F (-51°C). Will my Galaxy S10 still be usable in that condition? Maybe someone here has experience with that. I'm assuming iPhones would also operate in similar conditions.Greatpeople.me
