Hotspot worked for a month then stopped

So I got the mobile hotspot plan and used it minutes after getting it. About a month later it stopped working. I read other posts and the responses stated the phones weren't eligible. However, this is completely false for me due to the fact that the hotspot was working for a month. So why did cricket disable the mobile hotspot after the first month of successful use?

brought my phone from another carrier

I signed up for Cricket last week & brought my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with me. My phone works great everywhere except for inside my house. I can't call or receive calls, but can text & get on internet. I bought my son's phone at Cricket & it works great in my house? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this so I don't have to buy a new phone?

Wifi Calling

Well, Cricket has locked my phone, and now they are claiming they did not lock it.  To make matters worse, my amazing Samsung Note 9 does not qualify for Wifi-Calling.  Does anyone know why?

anyone is else having issues paying on the web on CVS' site for remedies?

I simply attempted to take care of tabs at CVS in AZ (Peoria) and the online compensation wouldn't experience - created a blunder message for the clerk of "Delicate not legitimate." The staff had been seeing it throughout the day, and they let me know "simply call support - they'll drop it and send it back through as a card cover tab." So I called - and they as far as anyone knows despise the installment (I got a notice,) however when I shut the application and opened it again as trained. They appear to be feeling the loss of that used to be there before.

Can't send or receive mms messages

Switched to Cricket from Verizon today... Now just realized can't send or receive photos or even plain text on S8, S9+. Set APN per instruction, rebooted a few times, no help. Anyone had similar issue and any known solution? Thanks a lot ahead.

No service

Over the past few days, my phone has been saying "No network service" and "Emergency calls only" at my work. I've had service in the exact same location for the past year. What can be the cause? I have an S10e if that makes any difference.

They Locked My Phone, and WONT Unlock it!

I purchased an unlocked Samsung Note 9 in December 2019.  I used my Cricket sim card and continued service with them.   However, their coverage strength diminished at my office to the point that I could not call, text, receive texts or voicemails at my work place.   I tried to switch over to Verizon, only to find that Cricket locked my UNLOCKED phone.   They said their policy, like other cell providers, requires 6 months paid service before unlocking the phone.   WHAT?!   WHAT RIGHT DID THEY HAVE TO LOCK AN UNLOCKED PHONE I BROUGHT TO A MONTH TO MONTH PLAN?  They would not budge.  That was in January, one month into use of the new phone.  Now it's July.   Their sixth month period of required paid service has passed.  THEY STILL WILL NOT UNLOCK THE PHONE!!!!!   TERRIBLE!!!!   WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THIS?    I will scream from the rooftops for people not to use Cricket.&n

Does the S10 work in extreme freezing temperatures?

I'm moving to central Alaska in the winter and its not uncommon for temperatures to reach -60°F (-51°C). Will my Galaxy S10 still be usable in that condition? Maybe someone here has experience with that. I'm assuming iPhones would also operate in similar conditions.Greatpeople.me

A71 camera isn't great?

Is anyone else not overly impressed with the A71 camera? Firstly macro = fantastic, never use it but fantastic, live photo mode = fantastic again never use it, wide-angle = fantastic have used this a couple of times. Where it falls short for me is the ordinary camera which unfortunately I use 99% of the time. In bright daylight its great no problem, slightest darkness and noise starts creeping in, if you zoom in slightly lines become jagged and unsmooth, if you don't hold it steady images blur, its let down badly by lack of image stabilization. Then we have video camera which again I never use. The camera has lAppvnots of gimmicks such as macro which are great but I feel they should have sorted out the main camera as for me its not really good enough, my old S5 performs better in this department. SHAREit

No Service for 4 Days

I’m unsure if it’s the network or my phone that’s the issue, but my phone’s battery died about 4 days ago. Upon restart, I had no signal, even though I was out and about driving with my dad. I have an old Stylo 2 and starting to need an upgrade. So the question is this. Due to the fact members don't really get a discount to upgrade should I just find phones elsewhere that work with cricket and buy one that way?

Network Time is incorrect

I all of a sudden have the wrong time on text messages and network time. Need to manually change the time but does not fix message time.

Any luck getting s pen to connect to galaxy flex alpha?

Just got the Galaxy Flex Alpha two days ago. Its the i5 version with no s pen but says the s pens are supported. Have not had any luck trying to use the s pen in my Note 10+ and reviews seem so conflicted. Literally so many people who seem to have not even purchased the laptop yet say "yes all s pens will work" because they read it in the description like the people asking failed to check there. Anyone else notice this?

First of all I am a Samsung user, I love samsung but in my opinion & I know that I am not alone, that they just need to optimize their software. Not their UI, the UI is fantastic but the way how they optimize their phones compared to what I want to talk about is weird?So I have friends who use Huawei and iPhone's, and when I use them they just feel, EVEN though they are 60hz, just smoother. The animations, the little details, everything is better optimized. I know the 120hz makes the UI smoother, but a if you have your SM phone on 60hz and start the screen recorder, watch that and you will see that the video is smoother than what you see...I am not hating samsung, but it's just that I think they dont really care about detail as much as they should since my Note9 cost 1000€...If anyone has the same experience as I do or found a way to make it smoother, please let me know 😊10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 happymod

wifi connection doesn-t work in hotels/restaurants

Hi,I can't use wifi in hotels or restaurants. I can connect the wifi but then the login page never displays so the wifi doesn' work !!!! I can't turn off the cricket wifi manager (impossible to uncheck the box). My phone is galaxy j2 pure.It is very annoying now since I need it and I pay for it !Thank you

Samsung galaxy S10 has been getting a little slow.

I've had this phone a few months after it's release and I've always had it protected with a phone case and screen protector. I have this screen protector that for some reason keeps "popping" when I touch it, (it doesnt happen that often but it could be a possibility) and I've been using the same screen protector for a little over a year. For the past few months my phone has been getting a little dumb and slow. My autocorrect won't correct most easy mistakes such as "xustok". I'm using that as an example but I'm having to correct it more, autocorrect used to be helpful at the start but it's a little bit useless now. Another issue I've had recently is that my keyboard has slowed down when I'm typing. It will often freeze on a few letters when I tap them and will just freeze for a couple of seconds when typing which often leads to more mistakes. Another thing is when I start typing, some letter will stay in their capital form even when I'm already two or more words into my sentence. Is th

MMS messages not sending if there are additional people in the TO line

I am trying to receive mms messages from my company server to notify me if there are issues so I can go and fix them while I am on call.  They are able to send them if my address, XXXXXXXXX@cricketwireless.net, is the online one on the TO line if anyone else is added the email gets returned email failed to send.  They have tried putting just my address in the CC line and the message is sent but I never receive it.  I just recently switched to Cricket and I did not have this issue when I had AT&T getting these messages. Is there a specific way this should be sent to get it to me? I have a Galaxy S9 is it due to that? Will it work on an iPhone instead?

Amp prime 3 speaker phone not working.

My Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3's speaker and ringer are not working. When I switch to speaker phone, I can barely hear it and also when it rings. Anyone know why this is happening?

Text messages can not send WHY??? Cricket your really pissing me off!!!!

I've tried everything I have a note 8 unlocked I've been with cricket for 3 years and I can't send a text message to save my life it just happened out of nowhere yesterday I've called them five times now been on hold for more than 2 hours the coronavirus is not the reason why I can't send a text message I own my own business this is affecting it let alone everything else going on if they don't fix by tomorrow I'm dropping them I want a full refund for this month and I will never use them again I cannot send a text message I can receive them I can phone call outgoing incoming cannot send a text message one more time cricket cannot send a text message f****** idiot
