My ex had access to my sim card and ALL my info to look like it was me. I don't know what he did but my sim no longer works I'm not sure what to do cuz this community website thing just wants to send a code to my number that's not working
I just got a new phone number, for the same exact phone I just switched numbers for it, and now my wifi calling won't turn on. I've already restarted my device and it still won't turn on. I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G and haven't had this problem before. But I live in a location where I don't get great service for my device so I need the wifi calling to work.
I recently left my job and ported my cell phone number from the company plan (AT&T) to our personal Cricket plan. The caller ID name that shows up for my Samsung phone is still the company name which confuses people that I call. How can I change the caller ID name that shows up to my name or even something more generic?
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 20 FE a few weeks ago and the charging port isn’t making a connection to charge/transfer data. I have tried numerous cords, so it is definitely the phone itself. I’ve taken good care of the phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Will cricket let me exchange it for a working phone? Thanks.
I went into the store shopping for a 5g phone. The guy recommends the Samsung a03s. I agree but as it was Sunday I couldn't contact Verizon to port my number. I came back next day bought the phone (a03s). I went back because i was having trouble with the 5g. They told me that the 5g is really bad in the area, then proceed to tell me that the phone in fact is not 5g. So I am now stuck with a phone that doesn't do the only thing i wanted it to, 5g.
The S10+ is not listed on the 5g compatibility list. That’s ridiculous. You have the S10 and the S20, the S10+ cost me $1200. Just switched to Cricket from AT&T yesterday. I’m only getting 1.5mb download speed. That’s terrible. I was getting 5mb or more on the AT&T. I thought I was on their same network?Looking now into possible changes to the APN to properly connect to 5G. Questions:Anyone know the APN settings? Why isn’t the S10+ listed as compatible? Any ETA? I’m on BYOD plan, can I just buy a new phone from the compatible list and insert my existing SIM?
Hi Guys I been apple user and my visual voicemail worked very well but I wanted to switch to Samsung 4 months ago and now I found this problem in android. So I did every thing to clear cache, clear storage cache, reset password, change password etc etc and my S22 Ultra factory unlocked from I bought with Samsung Manufacturer and the Vs Voicemail doesn’t work in any visual voicemail app, indeed the cricket app nether. So I called to customer service and they everything and nothing, Guys guys stop the excuses and make update to your network to any android phones factory unlocked that don't say "cricket on the back" can work fine with visual voicemail, because is suppose we paying for that and is the phone is factory unlocked is suppose to work everything on any Samsung. How is possible any Samsung with the Cricket logo in the back works well and the others doesn’t?? I just changed my number a couple of hours ago. As the rep stated in advance, the call disconnected right after the $15 payment was made. I got my new number but can't use my phone at all. The rep did try to call me back but I couldn't answer the call because my phone was frozen all of a sudden. I've restarted the phone like 4 times. I've been on hold for like 15 minutes. Just recently I have noticed that my text messages are being delayed or just not being delivered. I also notice that I get a message that I am off line and then back online all while being someplace connected to wifi.Is there something going on or do I just need to switch to a different carrier?
I just upgraded my phone to a galaxy s20 and it won't activate. It keeps giving me the "oops looks like we're have problems with our system. Please try again later" and I have been on and off with trying to activate it all day. Order number fine, phone number fine, and sim card is fine
For the last 2 days most of my calls go straight to voicemail and sms texts do not work or are severely delayed (not helpful when waiting for access codes to other accounts). Worked with chat support yesterday for over an hour. Is it just a network outage or issue caused recently on ATT or other? Just acknowledge if so because I can’t spend all day on the phone or in chat support to try and resolve. Never had an issue with Cricket for 8 or so years until now.
