Hi!Ok so my phone has been doing these weird things for some time now. Not every single day, but almost everyday. And I own a cleaning service and I have to have my phone at all times. I'm scared eventually it's going to crash and I'm going to lose all of my information that is stored on it. It has no scratches it has no dents it's never been wet there's nothing wrong with it I take good care of my phone. But sometimes the screen will just start jumping.. and once it begins doing that then it just goes on its own if I'm in the middle of a text or sending an email it'll just start typing letters it'll hit the send button it'll open multiple apps just real quick Bam Bam Bam at one time.. it'll start taking pictures by itself in the middle of all this but anyway I'm scared I'm just going to lose all my personal and business information if somebody could please help me I do have the cricket protect program that I pay for $8 a month
I wonder if anyone else is finding that WhatsApp isn't functioning like it should on their Samsung S10+. My main issue is when I try to search for a GIF the screen goes funny and the keyboard doesn't pop up to type the search. Also, when sending an attachment, your give the option to send it quickly to your most recent/popular recipients but when you tap one of them it just loads all the other send options.
I can use wi-fi just fine but once I get out of range, my data wont kick in. My phone will just decide I have to reconnect to wi-fi. This is pretty annoying if I try to pull up my insurance card to a cop “because i’m not connected to wi-fi” OR i’m trying to use maps. Data is enabled on the phone (it’s not turned off) but it won’t actually workIs this a phone issue or a Cricket issue? Anyone know how to help me?
as the title says I keep getting messages to activate my order. Problem is, I’ve already activated the order….a week ago. The phone is listed as one of the phones on the account. However, today I’ve gotten both emails and texts messages telling me to activate the order or in 30 days my son’s service (which has been on Cricket for the past 4+ years) will be cancelled. Can someone check to see why the records indicate that the order has not been activated yet? It clearly has been activated (he’s been using the phone for the past week, with it’s new sim card).
Have not been able to make or receive calls all day. I can text and use the internet (while not connected to wifi). 4 out of 5 bars and LTE working fine. When I try to make a call it tells me “Couldn’t Connect” next to a red phone icon. When someone tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. My son is on my same account, his service is working as normal.I have reseated the sim card, I have restarted the phone, etc. All to no avail. This makes me think it is not a sim card issue since I can access text and internet from the Cricket network. So what could be the problem?Cricket branded Samsung Galaxy A51 5G.
Samsung A51 5G. When I try to make a call it says “Couldn’t Connect” with the busy tone. When someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail. Texts are working but spotty (very slow). Internet is working. This happened as of the last system update 1 day ago. Nothing wrong with our bills. Everyone else on my plan has no problem. I’ve tried restarting phone, cycling connections on/off, reseating SIM. I am pretty sure this is a Cricket issue for this specific phone.
I have 4 lines on my plan. We all have the same phones. Both mine and my daughter's lines won't make or receive phone calls. We can text and use data. I have tried switching my sim card to another phone which is also on my plan that is working. That phone would not work with my sim card in it. I have tried driving to another spot closer into town still won't work. I tried turning my phone off and on that didn't work. I tried taking my sim card out that didn't work. I tried clearing the cache that didn't work. I tried to call can't make any calls. I tried to chat held on the chat for over 20 minutes. Then got disconnected. Now they are closed. They are not even open for technical support. This is ridiculous. My bill is paid up. I checked my software is up to date. Here I've been without phones for a day now. This is the biggest crock of#$it ever.
Hello. My new A53 receives some photos texts that are sent, but not always. It's hit or miss. My settings look correct, but I must be missing something. My son, who is on the same plan, will receive the photo in text, but the same picture will not come through to my phone. He also has a Samsung. I believe his is an A13 or 14.
I have an unusual issue that many cricket personnel have tried the unlock code in the system for my phone but it never works. Please help me.. Is there a way to find out if my phone has a defect that is preventing it from accepting the unlock code? Also because the unlock code does not work I need a PUK code before trying the unlock code again
Im a 63 yr handicapped/disabled man. Aprox 3 yrs ago i got a cell phone from cricket..first day i got it was malfuntioned...i called they said i could not come to return it.. over the three years i have called and asked for help several times. ....now they say my warranty has run out.....now tell me how is that fair.?? i was in the middle of a doctors call about my SURGERY. and got cut off like it always does.... the phone buzzs and whole bunch of texts come thru hours late sometimes day late...ive had many ppl that work with cellphones tell me its malfuntioned phone...Well ijust paid my bill and they wont let me have a refund so i can go get a SAFER phone.....IF NOT. I WILL ask my case worker to get ahold of her congress friend to help us. cause i dont know what else to do ....
I have switched my 6 lines to cricket with 5 phones 2 Samsung and 3 iPhones I been told by the agent I have 7 days to exchange any if them went there after 3 days and they refused to change them and they was very rude with me when I was trying to call cricket they said we are not working for cricket and I must Leave and I can’t complete the call from there and after 90 minutes with cricket agent they hang up on me with no result
Does Cricket have projected rollout date for One UI5 Android 13 the S20 5G and the S20+5G Samsung phones? I've seen some of new features (Bugs) on other S series phones and I have some concerns about 13's stability as a whole. I am currently on update FVK4 DEC 1, 2022. I noticed today that my phone has am app downloaded that I never authorized: Pluto TV. Google has a thread about this and the majority of the people from 2 days ago are customers with the same complaint. Why is this app able to do this Cricket without my permission but with your company's on my behalf?
I purchased a Samsung A53 5G phone and it has worked great up until 2 weeks ago and then all of a sudden it started messing up. It will not allow me to turn on my Bluetooth or my WiFi. It doesn't connect to either one and I need to know what I can do or what could be causing this. Can anybody please give me some advice on how I can fix this without having to purchase a new phone entirely.
