new upgrade phone won't activate
I just upgraded my phone to a galaxy s20 and it won't activate. It keeps giving me the "oops looks like we're have problems with our system. Please try again later" and I have been on and off with trying to activate it all day. Order number fine, phone number fine, and sim card is fine
New number issues
I just changed my number a couple of hours ago. As the rep stated in advance, the call disconnected right after the $15 payment was made. I got my new number but can't use my phone at all. The rep did try to call me back but I couldn't answer the call because my phone was frozen all of a sudden. I've restarted the phone like 4 times. I've been on hold for like 15 minutes. I need help fast please!!!!! It's important thanks in advance
not receiving sms text from 1 person
It was about mid day yesterday that I stopped receiving sms from a friend in Baltimore. We have done everything possible from checking to make sure no one was blocked, not in air plane mode, cleared the cache, deleted the contact, rebooted phone. He even called his provider AT&T. And they can't find anything on their end. So I was told to reach out to cricket.
One UI5 Android 13 for s20 5G Series
Does Cricket have projected rollout date for One UI5 Android 13 the S20 5G and the S20+5G Samsung phones? I've seen some of new features (Bugs) on other S series phones and I have some concerns about 13's stability as a whole. I am currently on update FVK4 DEC 1, 2022. Samsung Galaxy A32
I got a notice to update my phone and that I needed to be connected to wifi to do so. I agreed and my samsung A32 started to update and when completed my phone starts to turn on until the cricket “something to smile about” logo comes up and then shuts off, then repeats over and over. What can I do? Ive tried to hold the on/off button and that changes nothing. When I hold down both volume up and volume down with the start button some warning message comes up stating a custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications - if you want to download a custom OS, press the volume up key, otherwise press the volume down key to cancel...please help what should I do?
Galaxy A13 4g laggy & SLOW!
Hello!My husband and I have been cricket customers for a couple years & we've had 0 issues. We love the service! However, we both recently upgraded our phones. He got the Cricket Dream 5g & is super impressed with it. I got the Samsung Galaxy A13 4g & I've really tried to give it a chance, but I hate it. From the moment I set it up, it's been laggy & the slowest android phone I've ever had. It's passed the 7 days to be able to return it because I genuinely wanted to try to make it work, but now I feel stuck with a bad device. Also, I can successfully send texts only 50% of the time & I never receive replies. My calls go through okay, but I can't always call people. What can I do? At this point, I would like to exchange it for the phone my husband has since he's seeming to have better luck with the Dream 5g.

Calls dropping or no service at all
According to Crickets service coverage map I should be getting coverage in my area this isn't the case,I can't make any calls,when I do,they drop,can't send texts,the previous service provider was great,I came to Cricket around 2 months ago to save a few dollars,and even though I bought and paid for 2 phones at cricket which will be useless with any other carrier if I leave before 6 months,still,I am going to be returning back to AT&T if this issue isn't resolved,having service would mean the difference between life and death, especially right now with the future forecast and current temperature at 0° degrees and withheld factor at -25° below 0° degrees here in eastern Ky.I hope to stay with Cricket,but if this issue isnt resolved soon,I will be returning to AT&T at the end of the next billing cycle
wifi calling wont work after getting new phone number
I just got a new phone number, for the same exact phone I just switched numbers for it, and now my wifi calling won't turn on. I've already restarted my device and it still won't turn on. I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G and haven't had this problem before. But I live in a location where I don't get great service for my device so I need the wifi calling to work.
My Sisters Phone won't turn on any more
My sister's New A13 5G phone won't turn on or charge after she let the battery die completely when she got it on Black Friday. We took it to a Cricket Store, but apparently they weren't a real store only one of Crickets Associates Store, therefore couldn't exchange the phone for a new one. We gave them the phone for a week but they didn't do anything, it was just sitting in the backroom untouched or fixed. They gave the phone back and told us to do it online instead. My sister wants her new phone that she paid from saving up money fixed because she needs a phone for her school and so my parents can call her.
carrier unlock for samsung galaxy a13
I bought this phone from marketplace from an individual that made me believe I can put my Sim chip in it and it work as should with my number. Problem is I can't unlock it because I don't have the phone number associated with the device. Is there any way around this?
