We need to.upgrade 2 of our phones for the new 5g system but they only allow you to order one phone and when you get it and activate it then you can order another one. That makes no sense at all. If I'm having to upgrade 2 phones, I should be able to order 2 phones at the same time. I'm about ready to switch companies
Hi everyone, I have a Galaxy s20 plus. When I receive messages while phone is off, it does not display the time the message was received, but when the phone was turned on. This is only occurring with txt not mms. Using built-in samsung messaging. The attached image is what I received from Cricket via Facebook Messagner Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Why has this issue not been solved yet? My Galaxy S10+ has options to block cell based spam but no option to block email based spam send to entire groups of #s. This is infuriating and I am sick of it. I hear other providers like ATT and Verizon have this capability, why is Cricket lacking?
I was assaulted and hospitalized at the end of November 2021. The man who assaulted my evaded the police and hasn't been caught yet. He has been harassing me and hacking my phone every day since th assault threatening to get my family or me if I choose not to talk to him. Par change my phone number please?!,!?
I purchased Samsung Amp Prime phone from cricket. I used it for a while and moved on to apple phone (without using it for 6 months as they claim to be the criteria for unlocking the phone) now I’ve had the amp prime for more than 2 years and every now and then I use it but obviously won’t give up my apple for using prime as a primary phone right? Now I want to travel abroad with both my phones and they won’t unlock that phone ! I called the customer service and they’re not helping. I know this is not going to help too, it’s really sucky service and feels like they trap you in it. I’m really unhappy.
So I got an old Galaxy from cricket yeah I get it it hasn't been active for the whole 6 months but it's been active for two months I've been with Cricket a little over a year I have two other phones from cricket that is a lot and they unlocked it before the 6 months because the one phone right before I got my Galaxy only had it for 2 months and the Galaxy I've had for like two and a half months but I don't use it no more so why can't I get it unlocked I have another sim card that I need to keep active to keep the service on me and also I'm using four different carriers right now to see who I like better so far TracFone is out I don't mind staying with Cricket they're the best so far other than the unlocking policy even if it's an old phone unlocked
I am wanting to purchase a Samsung Galaxy note. But I do not see it online in the cricket phones available. But I can find it on other websites. I know it was offered through cricket before for purchase. I like to get rhe insurance provided, if I purchase from another retailer can I still get rhe cricket coverage. When I first got cricket, like 5 years ago.. it had to be a cricket phone, to receive the insurance. please and thank you
Cricket Free Msg: Important! Your current phone will no longer work when we shut down our 3G network in February 2022. We are here to assist with upgrade options. To help with the upgrade process, we may re-direct your call to customer service. After January 8th, we may temporarily suspend your service in order to speak to you. You can avoid service disruption by visiting https://www.cricketwireless.com/3Gshutdown, dialing 611, or visiting your nearest Cricket store. Thank you! I have two phones on Cricket for several years. Samsung S7 and Moto G Power. Both were unlocked versions purchased directly from the manufacturer in the USA. Last Friday I received text above on Samsung Galaxy S7 phone about network upgrade. Started looking into things and the IMEI numbers for both phones failed the upgrade check on both ATT and Cricket web sites. Both of these phones do 4G, LTE, and use voLTE/ARM-WB (HD Voice). As long as the device supports AMR-WB, then HD voice is possible on 4G. It’s
Just wondering why my note 20 is not compatible. I purchased from Samsung about 6 months ago. I put the imei in the search and says it won't work. Also have a note 10 that comes up the same. These are top notch phones and are 4g lte phones. Why is cricket doing this and are they going to make everyone purchase a cricket phone now?
I like hassle free. That’s what brought me to Cricket in the first place. I enrolled, paid, got a discount for autopay, and forgot about it for like.. 10 years or something.See, from my perspective, I’m one of the most valuable customer types. Yes, take my money. I may get a cheaper deal else where but so long as I don’t have to think about it and it doesn’t give me trouble I’m fine to chill here. But then Cricket randomly decides to discontinue supporting my phone for no apparent reason? That’s not chill. So now I’ll go elsewhere and pay less because I will not let my phone carrier dictate which phone I can use. Thank you and goodnight.
I just purchased an unlocked S20 FE, direct from Samsung. I have also been using Cricket Wireless for about 3 years now, with an unlocked S9 Plus. However, after putting my SIM card in the S20 FE, I received a message that the device is not compatible with their network. When I made a call to Cricket's customer service, I was told that there is nothing they can do to activate my new phone with their network. Even though Cricket offers the exact same phone for sale, through their website! It seems like Cricket is moving toward forcing their customers to purchase phones through them. Which is a shame, because that is going to force me to do business with a different wireless network.
Even though I replaced a new sim card. Changed the APN, restart my phone, airplane mode, reset network, etl...... Still no 5g. Can anybody help? Thank you!!!!Edit: I'm sure there is 5G coverage in my area because my wife's Galaxy s21 ultra got the 5g all the time.
Cricket News stated that the previous Indian Premier League (IPL) qualification 1 for the 2016/17 season began today, and the defending champion Mumbai Indians (MI) faced the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first qualifying round of the 2017/18 season. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will face Delhi Capitals (DC) in qualification 2 of Dream11. Cricket News has also reported that the first round of the 2016/17 Indian Premier League is also scheduled to take place today. There will be a first match between Delhi Derrida Wells (DDC) and Chennai Stricker (DSK). Games. What impressed me most was that Cricket News reported that the first round of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016-17 Qualifying Tournament will decide the 20 matches that will be played day and night. Qualifying group 1 is: Mumbai Indians (MI), Chennai Super The Kings (CSK), Sunrise Hyderabad (SRH), Derrida Deviers (DDC) and Chennai Strikers (DSK) will be determined by the finals of the two teams before each qualifying match.
