Thank you and goodbye
I like hassle free. That’s what brought me to Cricket in the first place. I enrolled, paid, got a discount for autopay, and forgot about it for like.. 10 years or something.See, from my perspective, I’m one of the most valuable customer types. Yes, take my money. I may get a cheaper deal else where but so long as I don’t have to think about it and it doesn’t give me trouble I’m fine to chill here. But then Cricket randomly decides to discontinue supporting my phone for no apparent reason? That’s not chill. So now I’ll go elsewhere and pay less because I will not let my phone carrier dictate which phone I can use. Thank you and goodnight.
Cricket is a Joke
My S10+ that they said was good to go after the 3G shut down is good for nothing now. So I go into the store and they tell me get a s20 or newer (even though my daughters s9 still works) I buy a s20 with a model # cricket’s website says is compatible and guess what, it does the same dang thing. They want to blame everyone else but this new phone made the first call I tried as a test. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from cricket that the phone is not compatible and calls stopped. Somewhere they have a problem with these phones getting listed and blocked and they need to figure it out. This is unacceptable.
Galaxy A13 4g laggy & SLOW!
Hello! My husband and I have been cricket customers for a couple years & we've had 0 issues. We love the service! However, we both recently upgraded our phones. He got the Cricket Dream 5g & is super impressed with it. I got the Samsung Galaxy A13 4g & I've really tried to give it a chance, but I hate it. From the moment I set it up, it's been laggy & the slowest android phone I've ever had. It's passed the 7 days to be able to return it because I genuinely wanted to try to make it work, but now I feel stuck with a bad device. Also, I can successfully send texts only 50% of the time & I never receive replies. My calls go through okay, but I can't always call people. What can I do? At this point, I would like to exchange it for the phone my husband has since he's seeming to have better luck with the Dream 5g.
I already have visual voicemail.. much of what I find is rather funny
I have visual voicemail and for the most part can see messages transcribed or at best if they are not making any sense at all due to the interpretations of messages, I can at least see who was calling.. However, regular voice mail often notifies me that I’ve got voicemail messages, so upon my attempt to access I am asked for password. I input all types of passwords that I would have chosen yet nothing is working. Unfortunately after chat hours or calling hours the automated suggestions of pressing 1 for instructions again ask for my password. Can I at least share with you that I never .. not once.. ever set up an actual password for ‘regular voicemail’ ? Because I never did that. How is it that I am to supply a password if I never set one up? And if (thinking outside the box) the pw is my account password then I am concerned because the @ symbol isnt in the options to input for a password. I tried all 4-digit passwords I would typically want for access but nothing is working.. I
Phone worked last week. Today it's "incompatible!"
We passed my wife's Galaxy S7, which she's used over a year on Cricket, to my daughter. We put her Cricket SIM card, which she had on a 4G LTE Cricket phone for over a year into this one and now it's considered incompatible. Took it to the useless store, who tried to sell me a crap phone. Why all of the sudden this 4G phone and 4G SIM are "incompatible?" It's up to date and everything.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Android Pie Update
Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with the 9.1 Software while my son has a Galaxy S8 with the 7.0 Software. I would like to know how he could update his software to the one similar to mine. His original carrier was AT&T until we switched over to Cricket. The Model Number is SM-G950U.
Hotspot worked for a month then stopped
So I got the mobile hotspot plan and used it minutes after getting it. About a month later it stopped working. I read other posts and the responses stated the phones weren't eligible. However, this is completely false for me due to the fact that the hotspot was working for a month. So why did cricket disable the mobile hotspot after the first month of successful use?
Not receiving texts
This has been happening to me on and off for 3 months randomly. I can't receive texts for a day or two no matter what I do. I've restored my phone multiple times (which is only a year old), I've reset network settings, I've had customer service refresh me on the network multiple times, I've reset apn settings, I've bought a new sim. Everything. Customer service submits tickets and essentially I get told they don't know why it's happening. From the looks of the community forum, it doesn't look like I'm alone as several others say they've experienced the same...so obviously this is a cricket issue. I am about to contact the BBB and potentially a lawyer as I am paying for a service that I have to go several days without being able to use because of THEIR issue with no real help from them. I have actively been looking for another provider because I've come to the conclusion that cricket has no intentions of fixing this issue and can only offer an apology to me.
wifi calling wont work after getting new phone number
I just got a new phone number, for the same exact phone I just switched numbers for it, and now my wifi calling won't turn on. I've already restarted my device and it still won't turn on. I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G and haven't had this problem before. But I live in a location where I don't get great service for my device so I need the wifi calling to work.
I just got a phone from cricket a few weeks ago and the charging port is already broken.
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 20 FE a few weeks ago and the charging port isn’t making a connection to charge/transfer data. I have tried numerous cords, so it is definitely the phone itself. I’ve taken good care of the phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Will cricket let me exchange it for a working phone? Thanks.
is it worth getting the note 20
Right now I have a Samsung Note 10 plus I definitely want to future-proof my phone but I'm not sure if I want to go with thevsharenote 20 cuz it seems like nothing has really changed also I was thinking about going from the Note 10 plus to the Note 10 + 5G and that would allow me gone 5G networks have future proofing what is everyone's thoughtshttps://omegle.onl/
Seriously? This is how you retain custimers?
So I'm toying with the idea of upgrading my phone to a Samsung S20 FE. Take a look at the website and see it's $399. But wait..... As soon as I log into my account, the price jumps to $599. Seriously?!! This is how you entice customers to stay with the service? Disgusting. Totally and thoroughly disgusting. And before the obligatory "contact us on Twitter or Farcebook" reply pops up, I don't do social media.
