Hi,I can't use wifi in hotels or restaurants. I can connect the wifi but then the login page never displays so the wifi doesn' work !!!! I can't turn off the cricket wifi manager (impossible to uncheck the box). My phone is galaxy j2 pure.It is very annoying now since I need it and I pay for it !Thank you
I've had this phone a few months after it's release and I've always had it protected with a phone case and screen protector. I have this screen protector that for some reason keeps "popping" when I touch it, (it doesnt happen that often but it could be a possibility) and I've been using the same screen protector for a little over a year. For the past few months my phone has been getting a little dumb and slow. My autocorrect won't correct most easy mistakes such as "xustok". I'm using that as an example but I'm having to correct it more, autocorrect used to be helpful at the start but it's a little bit useless now. Another issue I've had recently is that my keyboard has slowed down when I'm typing. It will often freeze on a few letters when I tap them and will just freeze for a couple of seconds when typing which often leads to more mistakes. Another thing is when I start typing, some letter will stay in their capital form even when I'm already two or more words into my sentence. Is th
I am trying to receive mms messages from my company server to notify me if there are issues so I can go and fix them while I am on call. They are able to send them if my address, XXXXXXXXX@cricketwireless.net, is the online one on the TO line if anyone else is added the email gets returned email failed to send. They have tried putting just my address in the CC line and the message is sent but I never receive it. I just recently switched to Cricket and I did not have this issue when I had AT&T getting these messages. Is there a specific way this should be sent to get it to me? I have a Galaxy S9 is it due to that? Will it work on an iPhone instead?
I've tried everything I have a note 8 unlocked I've been with cricket for 3 years and I can't send a text message to save my life it just happened out of nowhere yesterday I've called them five times now been on hold for more than 2 hours the coronavirus is not the reason why I can't send a text message I own my own business this is affecting it let alone everything else going on if they don't fix by tomorrow I'm dropping them I want a full refund for this month and I will never use them again I cannot send a text message I can receive them I can phone call outgoing incoming cannot send a text message one more time cricket cannot send a text message f****** idiot
I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?
I've had my J260AZ for well over a year now, and it is just now notifying me of a update dated to April of 2019, and now it wants to update again? I find this peculiar to say the least, and I am afraid that my phone may have been compromised for the last year. Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently? Also, how do I check which updates my phone should have received over the last year?
This phone was bought from a cricket store years ago, and service was sued for approx two years. The number was transferred out so I can't log into the account and any agent I talk to on phone or chat claims they can't tell where the device was activated at. I'm tired of calling and waiting on on hold. Should I just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC?
I am considering updating my S4 to an unlocked S10. The S4 uses a micro SIM Card while the S10 uses a nano SIM Card. My S4 SIM Card is old enough not to be part of the Universal SIM Card kit, so it does not simply punch out to nano size.Questions:I understand that I need to get the nano SIM Card from the local Cricket store. Can this be done in advance of receiving the new phone without disrupting service on the current SIM card in the S4?I would like to have the new SIM card ready for when the new phone arrives, but not activate it until I am ready to setup the new phone. Is this possible? Or does the new SIM card activate automatically when it is issued at the store?Are there any extra fees associated with getting the SIM card in the store as opposed to online? I didn't see an option to generate a new SIM card via online purchase.
I have a Samsung S8+ and I haven't received any software or security patch updates. I am still running Android N with Security Patch August 1, 2017. I have tried factory reset, wipe partition cache , safe mode, forced the check software update under settings and samsung smart switch using my computer. I have contacted both Samsung and Cricket about this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere and not to mention I took my phone to AT&T and they couldn't even figure it out. Has anyone with a Samsung A50 been able to utilize the wifi capability with Cricket? I have almost no service at my home and solely rely on the wifi option and before I order a new unlocked A50 phone I wanted to see if anyone was having success with it and the wifi calling option. The A50 is not on the approved listing for WiFi capable phones supported by Cricket and their tech support could not tell me if it would work or why it was not listed.
I'm posting this hoping to help someone like me in the future. I ordered a phone on Thursday, on Friday I was emailed that my order was delayed. On Monday it was cancelled completely. I was told to order again, so I did it is now Tuesday and my order has been delayed again. They say it's my bank not releasing the funds, but my bank said the funds were released yesterday. So, now it's a waiting game. So I will update when I receive another email. Who knows if I will ever actually receive the phone or not. I know if it is cancelled again, I won't order again and they will have just lost out on a new customer. Beware ordering online! 🤦🤦
