I already have visual voicemail.. much of what I find is rather funny
I have visual voicemail and for the most part can see messages transcribed or at best if they are not making any sense at all due to the interpretations of messages, I can at least see who was calling.. However, regular voice mail often notifies me that I’ve got voicemail messages, so upon my attempt to access I am asked for password. I input all types of passwords that I would have chosen yet nothing is working. Unfortunately after chat hours or calling hours the automated suggestions of pressing 1 for instructions again ask for my password. Can I at least share with you that I never .. not once.. ever set up an actual password for ‘regular voicemail’ ? Because I never did that. How is it that I am to supply a password if I never set one up? And if (thinking outside the box) the pw is my account password then I am concerned because the @ symbol isnt in the options to input for a password. I tried all 4-digit passwords I would typically want for access but nothing is working.. I
I just got a phone from cricket a few weeks ago and the charging port is already broken.
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 20 FE a few weeks ago and the charging port isn’t making a connection to charge/transfer data. I have tried numerous cords, so it is definitely the phone itself. I’ve taken good care of the phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Will cricket let me exchange it for a working phone? Thanks.
ATT&T NON CRICKET Phone
Hi Purchased an Unlocked AT&T Samsung a42 5g phone to replace my Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone. The a42 5g is much quicker than the a32 5g phone with double the GB, 128 vs 64, the Sim card and SD card work and I have service, that's Not the Issue! How do I get the Cricket Features that are on the Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone, on the Unlocked Samsung A42 5g AT&T phone?I'm Used to the Cricket App Notifications sounds and the Cricket Ringtone I like, which is Not on the Non Cricket Samsung a42 5g phone, plus being a Cricket customer for 10 plus years, there are other things I've gotten used to on a Cricket phone. Cricket offered a Samsung A42 5g at one time, but it wasn't available when I got the A32 5g from a Cricket walk in store.HELP, Any Suggestions?
Not receiving texts
This has been happening to me on and off for 3 months randomly. I can't receive texts for a day or two no matter what I do. I've restored my phone multiple times (which is only a year old), I've reset network settings, I've had customer service refresh me on the network multiple times, I've reset apn settings, I've bought a new sim. Everything. Customer service submits tickets and essentially I get told they don't know why it's happening. From the looks of the community forum, it doesn't look like I'm alone as several others say they've experienced the same...so obviously this is a cricket issue. I am about to contact the BBB and potentially a lawyer as I am paying for a service that I have to go several days without being able to use because of THEIR issue with no real help from them. I have actively been looking for another provider because I've come to the conclusion that cricket has no intentions of fixing this issue and can only offer an apology to me.
Phone worked last week. Today it's "incompatible!"
We passed my wife's Galaxy S7, which she's used over a year on Cricket, to my daughter. We put her Cricket SIM card, which she had on a 4G LTE Cricket phone for over a year into this one and now it's considered incompatible. Took it to the useless store, who tried to sell me a crap phone. Why all of the sudden this 4G phone and 4G SIM are "incompatible?" It's up to date and everything.
Hi guys, I just upgraded from Samsung A73 to Samsung S21+. My only concern is that the notifications and ringtones I am using on the Samsung A73 are not on the Samsung 21+. Specifically the "Rise" sound and the "Space Funk" ringtone.I used File Commander and browsed around but didn't find any audio storage location. I know I can just download their MP3s but then when I use YT Music and play music from my phone those stupid tones show up and it's really annoying.Basically what I'm looking to do is go into the system folder where the sounds are kept on the S9+ and move them to the same folder on the mt S10+. Is this possible?Thank you.

Hotspot worked for a month then stopped
So I got the mobile hotspot plan and used it minutes after getting it. About a month later it stopped working. I read other posts and the responses stated the phones weren't eligible. However, this is completely false for me due to the fact that the hotspot was working for a month. So why did cricket disable the mobile hotspot after the first month of successful use?

I tried adding protection when I bought my phone online. After I got my phone and started activating it I find out they never added it. There just the money to my account. So after calling customer service they told me I had to go to my local cricket. Well they tell me they can't add it. Yes I tried to get it before my 7 days was up.
Seriously? This is how you retain custimers?
So I'm toying with the idea of upgrading my phone to a Samsung S20 FE. Take a look at the website and see it's $399. But wait..... As soon as I log into my account, the price jumps to $599. Seriously?!! This is how you entice customers to stay with the service? Disgusting. Totally and thoroughly disgusting. And before the obligatory "contact us on Twitter or Farcebook" reply pops up, I don't do social media.
Cricket sold me a terrible phone
About a year ago my wife and I upgraded our phones. My wife is happy with hers, but I am not with mine. I use my phone a bit differently than most people. I have damaged vocal cords so it is hard for me to be understood on a cell phone, which is why I have most of my conversations via my home phone. So I use my cell for texting, mapping, and taking pictures. I had an LG phone which served me well but had a terrible camera. I upgraded it to a Galaxy A11 and the only thing I like about this one is the camera. Otherwise it is the lousiest phone I have ever had. Even though I actually don’t use it a lot, I still have to recharge it every 36 hours, even if it just sits on my desk. You can literally set the phone in front of you and watch the battery discharge another 1% every few minutes. It seems to be the only Android phone on the market without a magnetometer, so I can’t install a compass. It doesn’t have an indicator light so I never know if a message or a call has come in un
