I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?
I am so incredibly dissatisfied with this service that I will probably be switching back to Verizon. I have full signal...much better than we EVER had with Verizon, but guess what? I cant even make a phone call or receive one. Customer service cant help and when I called them they said multiple things from it's an issue with my phone all the way to they'll put in a ticket with their tech support...but guess what? Tech support doesn't work weekends!!! ...and nobody ever called me back either when they were "back." I have even been back to the store twice and they finally changed my sim card. What the hell? I want a refund or something. Why should I pay for the service when I cant even use it?? Someone help me please! My phone is so incredibly important. I'm a nursing manager for a home health agency and am on call 24/7.
I purchase a brand new phone through a leasing agent but upon getting the phone started having issues I called and no one even bother to try and troubleshoot it immediately I was told to send it in but afterwards I was told I was getting a refurbished phone but still pain for a brand new phone through the leasing Agent I called many times and even ask my phone back and was told no by the warranty department I am so upset and feel scammed
I'm a member of the army and i read that we can get our phones unlocked due to us traveling a lot. I emailed and havent heard anything back in a week. And when I called I was told they cant help me. How do I resolve this issue before word of mouth spreads to my guys and they decide to go with other carriers and it affects crickets bottom line.
I have Android 7.0 on my Galaxy Halo. I have contacted Cricket via Twitter and hace confirmed that the Cricket branded Galaxy J7 Halo (the exact one I have) has already had its 7.1, 7.2, 8.0, and 8.1 updates and I have not received any of them. I did go into settings to see if an update is available and it always says it is up to date. My J7 is from 2018. Model SM-J727AZMy firmware version: J727AZTUS3ARD1So my question is, where can I find the update package so I can install it manually?
hello I want to buy my mother a new phone for Christmas and I was planning to get the Samsung galaxy a10 on amazon for 130$ it is GSM and LTE. she is set on using cricket wireless and I don't want to buy the phone if it will not work with cricket wireless. will the Samsung galaxy a10 work with cricket wireless?
I had the Halo for a while and had started with the $50 plan. Now, I need a hotspot for my laptop to connect to since internet services are more than I can afford. After doing some research, I was confident that if I upgraded to the More Plan, I could simply use the hotspot that should have been included in the plan to get me by for a while. So... Why is it unavailable? The phone is on the eligible list. If I cannot get this to function, I will be needing my money back, as well as to be downgraded back to my original $50 plan, which is no longer an option to switch back to on the Cricket app. I cannot possibly afford a new phone just to get a proper hotspot going.
Samsung S10 plus (SM-G975f)Phone will find 4g but not 4G LTE networks. I've added the APN found here on their website, however my "Network Mode" in mobile networks settings does not show a 4G LTE option to connect to. Just "4G/3G/2G (auto connect). I have cleared cache, restarted phone, and reinserted sims. Any ideas?Thank you in advance :)
I have been with cricket for over 4 years. It absolutely pi$$es me off to no end that a new customer only pays $274 for a new s9 and me, a loyal customer, gets charged $549 for the same phone!!!! And gets charged a $25 activation fee for it also. Cricket executives must just be raking in the $$$ over this petty kind of nonsense. Cricket DOES NOT CARE ABOUT LOYALTY!!!! I'll be shopping elsewhere to a provider that will recognize a loyal dollar when they see one!
I have had an A6 for 6 wks or so (I know, late to the party :) ). At 1st, visual voicemail worked fine, but for the past several weeks it records voice msgs but does not transcribe them to writing - ie, doesn't do what visual VM is there for. I don't know if this happened after an update - if so, it was one I was unaware of. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thx a lot for any help.
Cricket, do you want our phones to get hacked!!?? It is September and you haven't published an update for the Samsung S9 (Pie) since June! However Samsung has published many critical and high vulnerabilities for the Samsung S9 each month since June release. This is negligence and could justify class action status. Love to see how moderators try to spin this one as I'm using your own site as proof of released software dates. I have a Samsung S8+ and I haven't received any software or security patch updates. I am still running Android N with Security Patch August 1, 2017. I have tried factory reset, wipe partition cache , safe mode, forced the check software update under settings and samsung smart switch using my computer. I have contacted both Samsung and Cricket about this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere and not to mention I took my phone to AT&T and they couldn't even figure it out. I noticed that one of my friends had a chat settings feature in Samsung's messenger. (and he's under a different phone carrier with a Galaxy A10e). But when I looked in my setting the chat feature with the RCS, was nowhere to be found.Samsung said that the chat settings is a carrier feature and suggest reaching out to my carrier to resolve this issue. So... here I am. Will there be an RCS feature in Samsung's UI One messenger?
I have tried to communicate with Cricket Customer Service for the last 2 weeks about a dozen times. I wanted to upgrade from an LG with a new Samsung phone and purchased a phone that was available only online. I waited 10 days and received nothing in the mail. I never got a refund either. I did get a credit for the upgrade fee but not the fee for the phone or the taxes. When I called 1-800-274-2538 to find out what happened, I had several agents hang up and others who were plain rude. One agent mentioned that the phone was shipped to the wrong address and then the order was canceled. I never got a notification. I was told that I should go to a Cricket store but the deal was only available online so that made no sense. Then I was given no choice but to reorder and repay it again and I did. The rates for Cricket are very competitive otherwise, I would have switched. Even after the second order, the communication provided is just lacking or awful.
