I’ve been reading of the upcoming planned phase-out of 3G. I am currently using a Galaxy S9 (SM-G960U1) and would like to find out if this particular phone model will be affected by the upcoming phase-out.

Asking my original question again, since it was not answered yet and the Cricket compatibility checker is not the solution I am looking for. When 3G goes away, will I still be able to use my Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960U1)?

I have been using this phone for the past two years. I have no need to check compatibility, or does the compatibility checker tell me if this phone will be unusable when 3G goes away? My original question asked if I will still be able to use this phone once 3G is gone.
