I just couldn’t believe my Note 9 and wife’s S9 aren’t on the whitelist? So we have to switch to another carrier?

Am I understanding it wrong?

The phones are still 100% perfect, nothing is wrong and is capable of 4G. in order to continue using Cricket, we have to buy two new phones?

We started with Cricket because we did not like being locked and now Cricket want to enforce the arbitrary and ridiculous phone change?

I am not seeing we can buy two new phones before Feb. Sad we have been with Cricket for so long.

Hello @TL8032612002! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. BYOD devices must be HD Voice capable but also compatible with Cricket’s HD Voice network to work on our network. Not all bring your own device (BYOD) phones will work on Cricket’s network, unfortunately. If you activated a BYOD phone that is not HD Voice-capable prior to January 2021, you can continue using it on our network until February 2022 as long as you leave the current SIM in the device. Before February 2022, you will need to upgrade to continue your service. We recommend reviewing the link below to see BYOD devices that are eligible to work on our network at this time:
