MMS messages not sending if there are additional people in the TO line

I am trying to receive mms messages from my company server to notify me if there are issues so I can go and fix them while I am on call.  They are able to send them if my address, XXXXXXXXX@cricketwireless.net, is the online one on the TO line if anyone else is added the email gets returned email failed to send.  They have tried putting just my address in the CC line and the message is sent but I never receive it.  I just recently switched to Cricket and I did not have this issue when I had AT&T getting these messages. 

Is there a specific way this should be sent to get it to me? 

I have a Galaxy S9 is it due to that? 

Will it work on an iPhone instead?

This is not a solution to my issue and I do not use Facebook or Twitter!
