Why do we not have the options for newer Samsung's like the S9 plus or the note but there is so many of the newest Iphones to choose from? And why is there an upgrade fee for getting a new phone?

Yes I know that but I cannot go to AT&T or anywhere else and buy the phone outright to bring over. I would have to be with another carrier to do payments on a phone. You guys do not give much of an option for people who do not have a lot of money outright to upgrade. And yes I know about the phone payment plan that you guys have. You have a certain amount of time to pay it back or you are spending a whole lot more then you normally would.
