I just changed my number a couple of hours ago. As the rep stated in advance, the call disconnected right after the $15 payment was made. I got my new number but can't use my phone at all. The rep did try to call me back but I couldn't answer the call because my phone was frozen all of a sudden. I've restarted the phone like 4 times. I've been on hold for like 15 minutes. I need help fast please!!!!! It's important thanks in advance
