New phone warranty is awful

I bought a samsung phone through cricket thinking why not. Well as I have found out 9 days later the new phone is out of warranty according to cricket. They gave me samsungs phone number to call them and samsung said that cricket has a 15 day exchange/ return warranty. So that being said someone is lying and now I am stuck with a pos useless phone. Time is running out and cricket will not guarantee nothing. At least with ebay they have a 30 day return policy which is way better then this jip joint of a business. Now I am having to dispute the charges through my credit card because of cricket. So all this being said do not buy anything from here because you WILL get ripped off if you have any problems.

Cricket offers a 7-day return/exchange period that starts on the date of purchase. Outside of the period, if you experience issues with your device, Cricket offers a 1-year warranty on devices purchased new from Cricket. Well if that is the case someone needs to train their employees what the warranty claim states. The last rep gave me 1-800-726-7864 and told me to call them which is samsung, not cricket. That was at 9 days and if what you say is true why would they tell me to call samsung? I have learned my lesson after searching online for reviews of cricket and now this explains why they have a 1 to a 1.5 star rating. Luckily when I called cricket back I had a rep from samsung on 3 way so when the next rep i called tried to tell me that i need to call samsung, samsung rep told them that they have an agreeement with cricket that they have 15 day exchange/return policy. So they battled it out and after the cricket rep hung up on us we laughed and now that is how the dispute process came about with my credit card company. The phone is junk and in the end I will come out on top and all the while you will still be in a group that has 0 integrity or honour.

Now this is the very reason why on the cricket site you have decent reviews because you edit and delete the negative reviews which is hilarious.
