No Service for 4 Days

I’m unsure if it’s the network or my phone that’s the issue, but my phone’s battery died about 4 days ago. Upon restart, I had no signal, even though I was out and about driving with my dad. I’ve been at home since then, where I’ve always had a good signal, but without WiFi I have no service at all.

Is there something I can do to try to fix it? I’ve tried restarts and toggling my cellular data off and on to no avail.
