This has been happening to me on and off for 3 months randomly. I can't receive texts for a day or two no matter what I do. I've restored my phone multiple times (which is only a year old), I've reset network settings, I've had customer service refresh me on the network multiple times, I've reset apn settings, I've bought a new sim. Everything.
Customer service submits tickets and essentially I get told they don't know why it's happening. From the looks of the community forum, it doesn't look like I'm alone as several others say they've experienced the same...so obviously this is a cricket issue. I am about to contact the BBB and potentially a lawyer as I am paying for a service that I have to go several days without being able to use because of THEIR issue with no real help from them. I have actively been looking for another provider because I've come to the conclusion that cricket has no intentions of fixing this issue and can only offer an apology to me.
