Hi!

Ok so my phone has been doing these weird things for some time now. Not every single day, but almost everyday. And I own a cleaning service and I have to have my phone at all times. I'm scared eventually it's going to crash and I'm going to lose all of my information that is stored on it. It has no scratches it has no dents it's never been wet there's nothing wrong with it I take good care of my phone. But sometimes the screen will just start jumping.. and once it begins doing that then it just goes on its own if I'm in the middle of a text or sending an email it'll just start typing letters it'll hit the send button it'll open multiple apps just real quick Bam Bam Bam at one time.. it'll start taking pictures by itself in the middle of all this but anyway I'm scared I'm just going to lose all my personal and business information if somebody could please help me I do have the cricket protect program that I pay for $8 a month

@4094445728a 🤔 maybe you should change your set up. Your phone will be as secure as you make it, but you’ll definitely need to have your important files backed up to the cloud or Google account in the event that your phone does what most phones do. Just a thought 👍.

Btw, maybe look into your warranty options. Not sure insurance will cover this kind of concern.

It seems that my phone has been behaving strangely lately, almost every day. As a cleaning service owner, I need to have my phone with me at all times, and I'm afraid that it might crash and I'll lose all my stored information. I take good care of my phone, it has no scratches, dents, or any other visible issues. However, sometimes the screen starts jumping and then it starts acting on its own - typing letters, hitting the send button, and opening multiple apps at once. It even takes pictures by itself! I'm worried that I might lose all my personal and business data. I do have the Cricket protect program that I pay for $8 a month, but I still need help. Can someone please assist me?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the touchscreen or the internal components of your phone causing it to behave erratically. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Restart your phone: Sometimes, simply restarting your phone can fix minor software issues. Press and hold the power button until the "Power off" option appears, then select it. Wait a few seconds and turn your phone back on.

  2. Check for software updates: Make sure that your phone's operating system and apps are up to date. Software updates can sometimes include bug fixes that can resolve issues like this.

  3. Check for any physical damage: Even if you haven't dropped or damaged your phone, there could be a small crack or other damage that you can't see. Check your phone carefully for any signs of damage, including cracks or dents.

  4. Try a factory reset: If the above steps don't work, you can try resetting your phone to its factory settings. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.

  5. Contact your phone's manufacturer or your mobile carrier: If none of these steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your phone or your mobile carrier for further assistance. They may be able to help you diagnose the issue and provide a solution.

Since you have the Cricket protect program, you can also contact Cricket customer service for assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or offer a replacement phone if the issue can't be resolved.
