Your SIM card may be moved around a bit inside the SIM card slot. Take you SIM out and insert it again. Reboot your phone and report result. Website

Sounds like you’re either in a no-service area or your account isn’t active. Call them up or message them on Facebook and they should be able to tell you what’s up.
