phone protection

I tried adding protection when I bought my phone online. After I got my phone and started activating it I find out they never added it. There just the money to my account. So after calling customer service they told me I had to go to my local cricket. Well they tell me they can't add it. Yes I tried to get it before my 7 days was up.

I tried adding it to my new phone they would not let me.
