Phone Upgrade Problem

I bought a new phone as an upgrade to my present phone. I have received it and am trying to following the instructions to activate the phone. I would like to keep the same phone number for this phone.

I have inserted the sim card and charged the phone. I then go to the activation page located at and enter my order number off the invoice and the listed telephone number (which is the same one as the old phone). Click on the "Activate" button and then almost immediately get a notice that "Service Not Available".

I am stumped as to what to do now as I cannot seem to get the new phone activated.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind. It finally decided to activate. Guess I needed to be a little more patient with it. :-)
