Videos are queuing and then showing failed. Pictures are doing the same thing is there any fix or explanation. Samsung Galaxy s20 plus phone

It sounds like there may be a poor data connection. Have you tried restarting your device, or using it in a different location to see if it is the data connection?

Nah we are on wifi at home and I was in town with full strength signal. Two different times
