My Phone is changing Sounds by itself. It's also saying there is No SD Card when there certainly is.

The support center will troubleshoot the device malfunction over the phone and provide instructions for the warranty return, if applicable.

So, I called & Filed a Warranty Claim Today & was given an RA # & told to Return the Phone to a UPS Store & WAIT for a Replacement! I am 70 Years old & I’m supposed to Return the Phone & be without a Phone until I Receive the Replacement?? This is Not what I was told @ the Cricket Store! I was told that I wouldn’t Return the Phone until I Received the Replacement. Then AGAIN Every time I Enter a Cricket Store for any reason @ ALL, ALL they want to do is Sell or Upgrade, they are Not @ ALL Helpful & this is BS!!!! The Phone is SEVEN MONTHS OLD!! I will hold off because Cricket just Stole another Payment for the Month of November & I can’t simply go with having No Phone & No line of Communication whatsoever until Cricket is good & ready to Send a Replacement Phone. I will Decide BEFORE my Next Payment is Due what to do & Where to take my Business from here. This Reply from Cricket is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!
