My Samsung Galaxy A32 5G purchased from Cricket online in March with Android 11 is still stuck on the February Android security update. There is also no option to get Android 12. When will this phone receive security and Android version updates from Cricket?

Ah, thank you. Not quite sure why I wasn’t getting updates in settings. I found that installing Samsung’s Smart Switch on the computer and phone, and connecting via USB, will install the latest security patches and Android versions released by Samsung for the phone.
